I got a king 12" NapQueen to replace my 10" CoolGell because it was hard. The NapQueen is one of the most comfortable mattresses I slept on, including 5-star hotels. It's on the plush side and does sink a bit when you sleep/sit on it but it recovers in a few seconds. Compared to the CoolGel mattress, the NapGeen is plush, gets hotter a bit more but is far more comfortable. The thickness is as advertised and gets in shape after 24hours. I hope it maintains its softness as time goes by. I sent a question to the company to ask about any fiberglass used in the mattress before I bought it, and I'm yet to hear from them. Btw, the cover does come with a zipper which makes it easy to wash. Overall, really great mattress and it feels like sleeping on a cloud (because I slept on an actual cloud before and I know the difference :) ) ... show more

We had this mattress for several years now and just got rid of it. Durable and good firmness to it. My wife and I are bigger people and it was supportive.

    • Not worth the money
I waited awhile to leave this review. This mattress never expanded on the corners nor met the 11 inches as stated. It was firm when first ordered but now a little over a year later has huge divots where you lay. I wake up with horrible back pain nearly every morning. Buy at you own risk.

I got 2 of these matresses for my children. They are very comfortable and thick, they run large, we got full XL and it was the size of a queen mattress just be aware of that. Yall I live full time in my rv my bed before was 1 inch cushions that folded down into my bed between the upholstery staple that were way too large and me being plus sized 260lbs I slept terribly this mattress I just got today (a whole day early compared to when it was supposed to arrive) I got this bed laid out opened to expand and it’s already almost completely expanded…. I was kind of skeptical at first seeing as people said things about the corners not expanding properly or not at all… the middle expanded first I was worried with the corners and edges not expanding but give your corners and edges bends and pushes as it starts to expand helps get more air to portions…. This bed is soft but firm it molds to your shape and with me being a large heavyweight person I still have a bunch of space between me and the bottom of the mattress I don’t sink in it definitely seems like this is going to be a strong lasting mattress… over all it’s easy to set up a tad heavy just make sure you have enough room to move it around and mold it to your set up but you just take it out the box unroll it and remove the plastic… I think I’ll be sleeping better for now on! UPDATE first nights sleep was fine. I do not recommend if you are a bigger person to make this mattress a wall bed it shouldn’t be up against the wall especially if you are the person who sleeps close to a wall it shifts and it almost feels like you fall off I turned my bed a slept so much better ... show more

2.5 stars. That's 50% I want to love this bed but I cant. Pros: I had a firm mattress prior to this. I was having some pain in my shoulder that was causing my arm to go numb at night while laying down. This is no longer happening since sleeping on this mattress. Mattress is firm enough for support but soft enough for comfort. I'm never hot in this bed. Cons: The left side of my mattress is a sinking ship. The whole side dips in if your on the edge of the bed and you will definitely slide off at some point. Absolutely can't have (inappropriate things) happening on this side of the bed. If me and my husband happen to sleep on this side of the bed we are literally sleeping on top of each other because we sink into the bed so deep together that there's no escaping. (So maybe a pro is that this side of the bed has irritatingly brought us together at night 🤣🙄). The right side of the bed is so much more firm and elevated than the left, it's like you are on top of a mountain and if you roll you literally drop into a different bed. Weird and unusual. I think my bed is not manufactured properly. Last but not least, the edges of the bed are also sink ships. You can not sit on the edges of the bed without sliding off. Everyone in my house has a memory foam mattress and can sit on the edges or sides of the bed with no problem. With this mattress you either need to be laying down or completely sitting on the bed (for me not the sinking side or you'll have some back issues). So much so that we brought an accent chair into the room for basic things like putting on socks. Overall, I sleep well. But would opt for a different mattress if I had extra money to do so. ... show more
