Enter the NapQueen mattress, and suddenly, his bed went from resembling a stack of cardboard to feeling like he’s drifting on a fluffy cloud. It’s like moving from a wooden bench to a king-sized throne, and let me tell you, he’s ruling the realm of comfort with absolute authority now. First off, the setup was a breeze. It came rolled up in a box, and I half-expected it to unfold into a magical sleep paradise with confetti and fanfare. Took about 2 days to expand to the “6 inches” it was advertised as, in reality it’s about 4” in the corners and 5-5.5” in the center. The memory foam is alright but with the thinner option it is definitely a bit more on the firm side. Had a slight “warehouse” smell to it when it was first delivered but when it was expanded it also aired out and lost the smell. Overall a cheap mattress that I wouldn’t suggest to anyone with back problems but a good cheap option for someone buying their first mattress. ... show more

Terrible customer service from Amazon. Needless to say, however I’m very impressed with the bed overall. For just $200 you can’t sleep more comfortably, and although it is mid to mid firm, the bed contours to your body very well and it feels as though you’re laying on a big pillow, which to me is very nice. The picture shown is of the bed while it was just unpacked 30 minutes prior to the photo. The instructions say to wait 72 hours, however, I gave it about three hours and slept on it. Otherwise I would’ve been sleeping on the floor again. I will say that, ordering this bed and being advised that it would arrive on a certain date was the worst part about the whole plan. I turned out sleeping on the floor one night and on a $55 air mattress for tonight because Amazon didn’t get it to me as promised. There was snow involved however I’m no idiot, the snow would not delay this kind of shipment. However, the product got to me and I am happy that the whole transaction is over with. ... show more

2.5 stars. That's 50% I want to love this bed but I cant. Pros: I had a firm mattress prior to this. I was having some pain in my shoulder that was causing my arm to go numb at night while laying down. This is no longer happening since sleeping on this mattress. Mattress is firm enough for support but soft enough for comfort. I'm never hot in this bed. Cons: The left side of my mattress is a sinking ship. The whole side dips in if your on the edge of the bed and you will definitely slide off at some point. Absolutely can't have (inappropriate things) happening on this side of the bed. If me and my husband happen to sleep on this side of the bed we are literally sleeping on top of each other because we sink into the bed so deep together that there's no escaping. (So maybe a pro is that this side of the bed has irritatingly brought us together at night 🤣🙄). The right side of the bed is so much more firm and elevated than the left, it's like you are on top of a mountain and if you roll you literally drop into a different bed. Weird and unusual. I think my bed is not manufactured properly. Last but not least, the edges of the bed are also sink ships. You can not sit on the edges of the bed without sliding off. Everyone in my house has a memory foam mattress and can sit on the edges or sides of the bed with no problem. With this mattress you either need to be laying down or completely sitting on the bed (for me not the sinking side or you'll have some back issues). So much so that we brought an accent chair into the room for basic things like putting on socks. Overall, I sleep well. But would opt for a different mattress if I had extra money to do so. ... show more
