I've had other memory foam mattresses and remember the old mattresses and box springs from my youth. When first unrolled, I felt the bounciness of the springs too much. But later it is perfect for me. I have severe back problems and a torn rotator cuff (usually no sleeping on that side) and this is about as good as I expect it to get. I am sleeping better. I bought this exact bed 4 yrs ago and left it with the new owner of my old house, too old to move. The house I just bought needed a bed so why not buy what was not broke, very comfortable. This time it didn't come with two pillows too bad for me. Still a good bed for 6' 220 lb man

The mattress came in a box folded and then rolled. We allowed well over 72 hrs to fully rest before even sitting on it or anything. The crease where it was folded never smoothed out and after only one month of use has a dip in it. I knew we were taking a risk with a cheaper mattress but I'm pretty disappointed. I do wonder if it just not being folded would have prevented this from happening. ... show more

As soon as I got the wrap off of it, it began to expand. I did wait 72 hours before sleeping on it just to give it time to reach full expansion. It is a thick and comfortable mattress!
