These pillows are pretty comfortable and have some decent adjustment with the bag of fill. I did toss ours in the dryer as recommended for a few minutes which does seem to get them to puff up a bit. Ours came with two bags of the extra fill, but there was no writing of any kind of the bags. The biggest disappointment was that the bags don’t have even a cheap zipper or even Velcro closure. So you have to cut them open and then there’s no real way to close the bag of loose fill. Annoying. Some of the fill pieces did have some harder sides to them so I’m not sure how these are manufactured. On the positive side we ended up using less than one of the fill bags, at least for now, to adjust the thickness of our pillows. I honestly can’t imagine anyone having to stuff an entire bag of the fill into one of these as I added maybe 1/3 of a bag and it’s pretty full. My wife only added a couple handfuls to hers just to get it a little more thick. So far we both like sleeping with them. I wish they were more of a cooling pillow but it maybe cuts down on heat a tad. It’s hard to really say. At least they don’t seem to get very warm so that’s a plus. For the price I’d buy them again, especially for a set of two, as long as they hold up well over time.

I've lived with pillows that flatten out. I've lived with pillows that get lumpy. I've lived with pillows that I had to fight with to find a "sweet spot." Enter, after 67 years, this pillow. I bought the standard size. It came in a little box and I was sorely disappointed. But unwrapped it and threw it onto the middle of my outdoor clothesline. That pillow expand and smelled fresh as it possible could, when I retrieved it. Unreal. The sleep experience is wonderful-supportive while being bouncy, every twist (I sleep all over the place) finds supreme comfort! I haven't taken out any filling yet, and am just enjoying FINALLY finding the perfect pillow.

I've yet to sleep on my pillows as I'm waiting for them to expand (from the initial expansion, they feel firm yet yielding to touch, which is promising) - but this comment is regarding the Nappler company themselves. My recent pillow order did not contain an extra package of memory foam, which is understandable (mistakes happen). When I went to contact the company directly, their website was no longer in operation, and no contact information was provided on Amazon's listing for them. Unsure if this means Nappler is no longer in business, but please be advised that you may have difficulty in correcting your pillow order should a mistake be made in your packaging.

Though not completely gone yet, I've had a significant reduction in neck and shoulder pain and expect the improvement to continue. I've been sleeping on the pillows less that 2 weeks and feel certain the pain I've been experiencing will continue to reduce. I also have not yet tried removing any of the filling, and may try that over time. There is also a sense of comfort that I did not have with other pillows. These pillows are definitely more than worth the money. Glad I tried these before spending nearly $100 for only one pillow!

I orders 2 king sized pillows. When they arrived I expected them to be vacuum packed. When I unboxed them the pillow was heavy and very chunky. After reading the directions, I put each pillow into the dryer for 15 minutes. When I tell you they fluffed up... I mean they tripled in size. My husband and I were skeptical. The pillows seemed too fluffy. The 1st night we slept with them we both woke up with NO neck pain. Tried it a few more nights... my back and neck do not hurt at all! My only thoughts are, they can be more hot than my standard pillow, and the pillow is heavier. But these pillows are wonderful! Support a small family business! American made!

So far (a couple of weeks in) I love this pillow. Ordered a second one for my son. I think my favorite part is the ability to adjust the stuffing. I originally took a bunch out and recently added some more in. Lots of wiggle room on how full you want it. Haven’t woken up with any neck pain and sleeping great.

Pillow arrived in great shape and very fluffy. I put it in the dryer and it got better. After sleeping on it it was too full so I remove some of the memory foam but that was too full so I removed even more until I got it to where I liked it. It’s a good adjustable, pillow and worth the money.
