Fits well and offers great support! There is zero cooling effect from this product, and can very easily have the opposite effect. The product has withheld nearly a year of nightly use and still retains its shape and functionality, still managing to offer proper support and relieve neck pain. Absolutely worth it! The only issue with the product is that it had a foul smelling odor out of the packaging and needed some time to air out prior to initial use.
