Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right. Even though it did not work for me, I would still recommend this item.

This pillow is very soft and supportive. The memory foam adjusts perfectly to the neck, making long flights much more comfortable. It provides great support without being too bulky, and the cover is soft and easy to remove for cleaning. Lightweight and easy to carry, it’s the perfect travel accessory. Very comfortable. I love how it folds small and comes with a travel bag. Unfortunately, it does not support your neck when sitting upright (which was the entire reason I purchased it).

This was well worth the money. I like the fit around my neck and was able to doze well on my 15 hr. and 10-minute flight to Australia. It folded up neatly, placed in provided bag and fit great on the handle of my roller suitcase.

REVIEW: This is the first neck pillow I've ever actually enjoyed using! I have sensory issues when things are too close/tight around my neck (think turtlenecks, tight collars, etc) but I didn't experience this with the napfun neck pillow. Its design allows for adjustability which helps people like me sleep on a plane without feeling like I'm choking. Compared to standard rounded neck pillows, the memory foam that forms to the shape of your neck/shoulders is a plus. I used it during a few flights and long bus rides recently and I can say that I didn't have any neck pain after using it. It keeps my head and neck straight without discomfort! EASE OF USE: It comes in a bag which makes it easy for portability especially in airports. Some people attach it to their backpack, but I liked putting it in my bag. It was small enough to fit in my backpack which was nice. All you have to do is roll up the pillow and put it into its travel bag. When you take it out, it retains its shape! Not floppy or anything. CLEANLINESS: It has a removable zip cover that you can wash after travel, which I like.

The contoured shape of this pillow seemed as if it would provide more comfort than the traditional round shape. For me, it did not. I will say the item is well made and the materials seem to be good quality, it just was not a great fit for me. (I would have returned it, but I used it on two flights already.) Comfort is a subjective element, and you may find this perfect for you.
