This straighter works great! It is very small and compact so perfect for traveling. You do need to put the heat up to get it working really good but that’s really easy. The base of it does get hot but I got a glove with it and it works just fine, even better with no accidental burn mistakes. It’s a smaller one so you need to use smaller sections of hair to have your hair come out perfectly straight and smooth. It heats up very quickly so I don't need to wait around for that. I love everything about this flat iron - It heats up quite literally, instantly! It has a very long cord. It has a dial where you can set your heat setting and the weight of it is just right for handling. It's long enough to get to the hair at the back of my neck without an accidental burn. The manufacturers include a glove for the hand that is handling the newly flattened hair so you don't hurt yourself.
