For years I've been using higher wattage lights in interior locations, but needed a smaller light with battery power for a couple exterior shots away from mains power. So based on postitive reviews, I took a flyer on this light, and I'm glad I did - it's a beast! For a 60w light, this thing is powerful! It provides awesome soft light with the lantern, and can offer laser beam focusing power with the fresnel. I got about an hour use with NPF batteries at 75% power, and the light is extremely portable, either handheld or on the end of a boom arm. It's small size allows it to squeeze into places the big boy can't even think about. Due to the power, great price, awesome extras, felixibility, and build quality, Nanlite has a new fan boy.

Great professional photo and video light. Feels and looks just as good as other more expensive $600-700 video lights. Good for dramatic lighting but you’ll need a diffuser or light box to do more natural work. Attached photo is of the light produced used stylistically for some drum set pics.

This has to be the best or at least in the top 3 when it comes to photo/video lighting. The construction is solid and light, easy to carry. It comes with its own carrying case which turns this into the complete package. Highly recommended

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed arrive looks like new but not working. See the video. I plugged and test out all features. No light. Im glad test it out before the production day.

We use this light for nearly every interview and video portrait we do. The bicolor aspect is a life saver and the unit itself is super sturdy. Has survived around 60+ international flights and roughly 45 commercial shoots and still works like a charm with very little noticeable wear and tear, if any. It’s small but bright and seems to be quite color accurate and well matched with the other 720B we have.

I ordered the Nanlite Forza 60b Mark II Fixture and I am impressed. I have been struggling for years to get good lighting for video, I have used soft boxes and other lighting to get the job done but it has always been a struggle. Not long ago I purchased a light that worked great, but the fan noise made it unusable for video. This light fixture is a game-changer for content creators, photographers, and filmmakers. Here are a few reasons why I like the Nanlite Forza 60b Mark II. The light is small and lightweight making it easy to travel with or set up for shoots. The light comes with a travel bag that is well padded so it should protect your light. The light is powerful and adjustable enabling the user to make adjustments for nearly any situation. On the back of the light or with a remote that you can set up with an app you can adjust the light color temperature to whatever settings you need. You can adjust the light to a warm light or a bright white light. The light is also dimmable enabling you to fine tune it to your situation. The fan on the light is very quiet compared to my other light, the fan does make some noise, but it is very quiet compared to the others I have used. The noise level from the light is low enough that I can remove it easily with a noise gate on my audio system. The build quality of the light is also good, as long as you treat it properly it should last a long time. The light is constructed with sturdy plastic, if it was constructed with metal I would have given it a higher rating. You can mount the lamp or use it with the handle that is supplied. Also, you can choose your power source to be a battery, or you can use the AC adaptor. If you want to use batteries, you will have to supply them yourself because they did not come with the kit. You can also purchase other items for this light kit such as A softbox and a mount if you need them. I currently plan to order the softbox but I already have light mounts that will work for my needs. The Nanlight Forza 60b Mark II is a great lighting solution for my situation, it combines power, versatility, and portability. Compared to other lights I think this one provides a good value.
