Purchased pair of stools. Well made and sturdy. However, one of the stools had a major imperfection on the seat coating….almost like a heat sealing issue when applied. Returned that one for replacement. Next one had same issue but not as badly so I kept it.

Bought two of these for cocktail pacman. Stool #2 which has been hardly used (hasn't even been sat on for last 6 months) and the stitching on front seam is coming apart. Stool looks brand new still because it just hasn't been used much at all. This is in an adult 80's retro type basement with full size arcade machines. No young children around. Very disappointed to see it falling apart at the seams with so little use. ... show more

    • Good Product & Disappointing Customer Experience
The product was high quality and easy to assemble. However, the incorrect stool was sent. I had ordered Pac Man, but Mrs. Pac Man was sent. Delivery took 1.5 weeks. I was contacted by phone personally by the Major Account Manager at Game Room Guys about my low rating and customer feedback. She was upset at me for providing such bad feedback about the company, and I was highly encouraged to update my review to "positive" (or at least 3 stars). Less than ideal customer service. I am leaving my overall rating at one because my overall experience with this retailer was not positive. However, the Namco product is stellar. ... show more
