Finally found a protein I like. I do mix this protein with a chocolate whey protein because I was getting hungry shortly after drinking it when I did this alone. That gives me about 45g/protein every morning to start the day. I do blenderize mine with ice and unsweetened vanilla almond milk and this makes a great morning shake.
