I can finally wake up in the morning without my back and neck sore from my old bed. This Naiveer Cooling Gel King size 10 inch thick mattress is great although a little harder than I like. More on the harder side than the medium as advertised. I had a 3 inch foam topper on my other mattress so I put that on this one. Now it feels great! It came packaged well. Opened easily. No noticeable smell at all. Best of all it had side handles for moving!! That is so rare these days and totally appreciated. All in all, a really good mattress for the price.

Ordered the 10" mattress was around 200$ at the time had a few delivery issues but got it early still first time unboxing a mattress in a box quite different bit super cool box was beat up bit mattress was well packed no damage and feels lexury when unboxing the company definitely put finesse into how the unboxing goes and I have now had it over 2 weeks I'm quite pleased with it not overly soft like I thought it would be but just soft enough with firmness and I like light firmness so this hit the nail on the head as you see in pictures cat (simon) very much enjoys lounging on it very pleased and definitely would buy again I don't even have a box spring and I love it cat loves it more haha UPDATE Have had it over a year now still super comfy anyone who I have had lay on it has loved it best mattress purchase ever such a great matress love it and definitely helps if you have a sore or bad back that's easily stressed from sleeping funny I wake so peacefully on this bed and well rested never slept so good in my life will by again when my current one breaks such a steal and so so so worth every penny love this bed and brand

Mattress arrived and was packed very well. No smell at all! After unpacking the mattress sat for 72 hours before using. Within 24 hours mattress appeared to already be ready for use. Allowed 48 more hours to make sure. Mattress is very comfortable but a little more firm than expected. I do not feel my wife moving at all durning the night. Thickness and support is on point. Durability will be determined later on with the height spot on as well. So far so good but no cooling feature as described. Cooling was a must but we were let down on that feature.
