Gave it a 4 because it is all plastic so cheaply made not sure how long it will hold up I had to loosen the bottom screw just a tad so I could adjust it used it 3 times already still okay I do like it let’s hope it holds up for a long while

Glad I took the time to look through the reviews. The arm will not move, and the plastic is far too cheap to force it to move. It was clear that something wasn't right. Once I read that you have to loosen the screws in order to get it to move -- it now works great. I will not give 5 stars for something that had no instructions and no tool provided to make it work. It's very cheap plastic and feels like it will not last. I hope I'm wrong! ... show more

Cheap and flimsy!!! I really wish I can order product without wanting to return it that’s days None of the joints would bend. I had to break out the Philips tool, with struggle, to loosen them. Plastic is light, and very shatterable. The clap head swings with out any resistance. This was $10. Probably should of been $4. Need better plastic and a sturdier base with more weight to hold with out tipping over. Could anyone design a better bottle holder? ... show more

    • Loosen the screws to adjust!

I bought this item even though I read many reviews about the difficulty in adjusting the moving parts. Luckily I read all the reviews as one commented on needing to adjust the moving parts with a screwdriver. This is THE ANSWER. I suggest also using a small spray of WD40 on the adjustable areas. A very small hex screwdriver will work, as will a small phillips screwdriver. Once this product is adjusted properly it is FANTASTIC!!! The part holding any shaped bottle works very well. The nail product I use is in a very strange thin sided square bottle and it is held firmly and will adjust to any angle. Thanks to the person who first mentioned the need to loosen the screws to adjust. ... show more
