I have to say these are nice bar stools, very sturdy, solid wood, all the screw holes have steel thread, I always take this as the good quality or not, because most of furniture like $100 have not steel threads in the screws hole. Another reason that I chose this style just is for matching our dining chairs, they look perfect together, also grey color is the same with the sofa in our family room. Our kids like sitting on the stool bar to eat, these stools are comfortable and stable, I think they are better than our previous two, which can adjustable height and turn around, my kids always turn them around a lot like a toy, that’s why I decided to change them. I am so glad I chose them finally, they are reach what I expected, value its price. It tools about 50 mins to assemble, just a little tips for assembly, don’t follow the instructions on every steps, don’t screw tightly during assembly, because it is easy to insert the support legs horizontal to the hole if all legs loose. Just screw tightly after all parts in their place.

These are absolutely beautiful! They hold a decent amount of weight and when they say it holds 353 pounds they’re most definitely correct. The height is perfect, quality is above and beyond, very comfortable. They were a little difficult to put together. You definitely need 2 people to put these together. Some small issues with the directions according to my fiancé and son who put them together but otherwise they are exactly what I was hoping for!

4 chairs came in 2 large boxes, they were decently packaged and delivered to my back porch. I brought them in and couldn't wait to get them out to see how they looked. At first I thought the inner bottom supports were damaged but that's part of the design, one side of the wood peg is installed/cut at an angle. Some of the stain on the inner bottom pieces isn't very good but for the price it's acceptable and I don't think anyone will be crawling around on my floor inspecting them so I doubt anyone will notice the inner supports are a bit lighter in spots. The directions are just pictures which is fine, they weren't complicated. I did have some minor issues with assembly, a couple of chairs had a bad wobble.. it took a few times of loosening all the bolts to get it adjusted and evened out. I had a terrible time installing the cushions, one is deformed and a little bowed from packaging (I may reach out and ask for a new one if it doesn't improve after a bit of use/weight) the others were just difficult to line up and get the tiny screws to catch, I had my son help because I didn't have the hand strength to really sink them in. I also wound up missing 1 wood screw so you should count them out before you start assembly. Things I've learned over the years of cheap furniture that needs assembled, use some glue on the pegs (wood glue or good Gorilla glue), don't over tighten anything, don't use power tools on the bolts/screws, and take your time. Overall these are pretty sturdy chairs, they're cheap but they look nice and are a fairly good match for the bar stools I'm replacing that are totally worn out.

The ladder back chair is sturdy and nice looking. The seat cushion is very firm but maybe will soften with use. The Assembly process was challenging because the black underside of the chair needed black screws. Set up a lantern because you will need both hands. One of the seats was stained with black marks. It would have been too much of a hassle to return. Done.

The chairs I purchased broke while being assembled and once assembled were of very poor quality. I do not recommend. I have since returned the items which I had to pay for shipping to return $243 which I will never see again. The seller will not send a shipping label for return. This seller asked for pictures of chairs after I had taped up the box to be shipped back. It’s been two weeks and no refund or reimbursement for shipping costs. I do not recommend buying anything from this seller. I will not be buying from any 3rd party seller ever again because of the poor service here. I sent back everything intact and can’t even get a refund. I’m out the purchase price plus return shipping.

Very impressed with the sturdiness of the stools. They were fairly easy to assemble; however, you had to make sure to tighten each side equally otherwise they would be off balance. Once assembled they were very comfortable to sit in and worked great for the counters.
