After having arthritis for over 15 yrs someone mentioned Avocado Soybean Unsaponifiables may help. Since I can't take NSAIDS, aspirin, and won't take RX pain killers or get steroidal injections I decided to give unsaponifiables a try. I committed to a year. I noticed an obvious difference in 6 mos, no longer waking up with swollen painful hands, toes don't hurt, wrists able to carry items without pain. Yes I do still have some mild pain that I can feel when I move my thumb the wrong way and one finger still won't close up completely, but I feel much much better than before, and hoping I'll keep improving. I'm in my 70s. I'm considering trying a less expensive brand but concerned that I may relapse and I sure don't want that to happen. I would give 5 stars, but others might think it takes away every bit of pain, it hasn't yet, but it has reduced it a LOT.

I am on my third bottle. It really makes a difference. I stopped taking some other otc pills for joint stiffness and pain and just take one of these daily. They are also easy on the stomach.

I have been using this product for almost 2 months now. The arthritis pain in my shoulder has lessened considerably. I recommend this product to help relive pain caused by joints & arthritis. Any repairing it may be doing is an added bonus. I also like the fact that it’s sold at an affordable price. Thank you!

My vet is the person who first told us they were using ASU on humans and not just animals. She said they were getting great results so I started using this product over half a year ago. I think it helps some but I’m not sure it’s worth the cost. I also learned the hard way you have to be careful if you are taking Synthroid or other medicines that should not be combined with soy. Another issue I have with this product is this last batch came with powder loose all inside the bottle but I’m being told there’s no way to receive a replacement. That is definitely not good customer service so I will be looking for a different manufacturer.
