Don’t buy for your ferret. Ferrets eat STRICTLY meat. This stuff is the worst thing you could give them. Even as a treat this stuff completely plugged up my ferret and I had to feed her egg every day in order for her to actually poop.

I did not realize til after I purchased that these have sweet potatoes as the 2nd ingredient. I'm not sure how they can do that in a ferret food/treat, ferrets are not supposed to have any vegetables or carbs. They are very prone to getting insulinoma(which our ferret has) and this does not help, probably contribute to them getting. We are now giving these treats to our dog. If you ferret will not eat them, as many of the comments say, consider yourself lucky!! ... show more

My ferrets seem to enjoy these treats, but after doing a lot of research I have found they are not really healthy for them, and I have switched over to freeze dried treats for them.

I want to like this product but if my ferrets don't like it than I can't. The 8 in 1 treats have d/c making the similar product. I have been trying to find a replacement and I thought this would be perfect. But my ferrets first sniffed it and walked away. They now don't even bother sniffing it. I tried putting feretone on it and they lick it off but won't dare eat the treat. I always take a little nibble off of my ferret's new treats. This treat was extremely salting tasting and I don't remember the 8 in 1 treat tasting like this. I want 8 in 1 to bring back their treat! ... show more

My ferrets hoover the Chew Sticks. I buy these as an alternative. When I have given them what is in my opinion too many chew treats, I will give them these. This tree, is such a tree! My baby is love them so much, they are made properly, unlike Brands like Marshalls, they use items in this that are actually safe for your ferrets. They always get so excited, stashing and chowing down on these treats. I absolutely recommend this to any other ferret owner
