I just want to take a moment to thank A-Ipower. We just went thru a severe storm and tornados. Lost electricity and several trees down blocking us in unable to get out. Went to drag out our generator and ants had claimed it as their home and destroyed it. Would not start for nothing. Ordered this generator for the great deal it cost plus the great reviews. They got on it and had it here in 3 days. We followed the directions and it started on the second pull. Running like a champ. We now have lights , tv , and refrigerator working. It hasn’t bogged down a bit. It’s a little loud but right now it’s a beautiful sound. First time we’ve had lights in 5 days. Thank you so much for your fast delivery and great running generator. You never know how much you have till it’s all gone. Fixing to order another one next week when I get paid. Not that we just need it but it’s such a good running machine you can’t go wrong having a back up that you know is dependable.     • Hope your oil container doesn't leak oil everywhere.

The generator seems to have good power and it hardly noticed when I connected multiple loads. Noise level is acceptable and not an issue. It's much quieter than my lawnmower. The engine started easily and runs smoothly. The frequency of the output is just a tick high at 62Hz but running tools and most appliances this isn't an issue. The generator seems well built and the frame is sturdy. Attaching the wheels is easy and straight forward. The only issue I had with the packaging was the included bottle of oil. I don't know what happened in shipping but the bottle was crushed and the box was saturated with oil. It was a huge mess. It was a job just cleaning the oil off the generator and disposing of the oil soaked cardboard. If the company is going to supply the oil it should be in a more secure container. Otherwise I think this generator is a good purchase. ... show more

Generator works great. It started right up. The shipper did a terrible job! It was not on a pallet or anything. The box was destroyed and the battery was laying loose. The positive wire had come apart due to shipping. Again, generator is great.

THE PRODUCTS ITSELF IS VERY GOOD QUALITY, BUT THE BOXES ARRIVE IN VERY BAD SHAPE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, IM BUYING FROM SOUTH AMERICA AND CAN'T CHECK THE GENERATORS YET AS I DON'T GET THE ITEMS YET, I HOPE THEY DON T HAVE ANY DAMAGE.

Ordered this last year but had our first power outage this month. We were out of power for 30 hours and used the generator to power the house. It started perfectly and ran great. It ran just shy of ten hours on a FULL tank of gas. Do not overfill this tank as the unit will foul and blow carbon everywhere. It is a big unit, but the handles and wheels make it ok to move around locally. Would hate to have to load this into the back of my pickup. ... show more

I got the thing June 4th and it had a broken pull starter so I called and was told I'd have a new one in a week, two on the outside. Called June 24th and it hadn't shipped. Destiny promised to ship it 2 day express. Called 3 days later and of course it hadn't shipped! Destiny then promised over night shipping, that was 6 days ago! Tracking information says it will be here the 10th. Destiny and I assume the whole company has no problem lying to their customers! ... show more

This exceeds my expectations. Starts 1st pull every time. Not too noisy. Not a gas hog. Construction appears to be good quality. I have not 'taxed' the output. I may never need to. It is heavy and brace yourself when you need to lift it.
