This printer is awesome!! I had the L1800 and the xp600 printer from MZK is definitely in a class all its own. From easy maintenance, print speed, the vibrancy of the prints produced and the customer service. I had the honor of working with Jack, he remotely helped me with the installation process also answered all of my questions. He checks in with me to make sure I'm not having issues with learning the software. I am very happy with this DTF printer purchase. After using an L1800 for 2 years, I decided it was time to add another printer to my growing business. This MZK printer is such an upgrade. Prints are vibrant with a faster print time. A 13x13 inch print takes approximately 10 minutes to print compared to the almost 20 minutes with the L1800. The software is easy to use. Jack from customer service is phenomenal. He worked with me on the software setup and made sure I was happy with my prints after setup was complete. This is my second DTF machine I’ve purchased I like it so far! Shipping was fast came within 5 days but wasn’t here to receive it so that was my fault on my end. So, had to wait next delivery day to sign for it. Setup was easy to do, there’s videos and a hand out that they give you. It’s also on the drive in PDF so you can make the images bigger to see. Only issue I ran into was not getting the white layer to print. I connected with support and they were very helpful. Jack was my engineer and he remotely fixed my issues in under 2hrs. He answered the questions I had and my images were coming out vibrant and good quality! It’s definitely worth the money based on what I’ve spent before. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First thing I was impressed with fast shipping. This printer was ordered on March 5th and arrived on the 10th. Very impressive considering it shipped from China. Once it arrived I had some questions regarding setup. Their tech support is top notch. Quick response and extremely helpful. Even with a 13 hour time difference, I was receiving assistance for about one hour 6AM CDT. This is not our first DTF printer, and I must say it is a great printer. Many functions such as head cleaning and nozzle check can be done right at the unit on the touch screen. By the way, it prints about twice as fast as printers with the 1390 printhead. The software that comes with the printer is seems to be very good. I have a lot to learn to become totally familiar with it. We have used Cadlink RIP software with our other printers, so there is a learning curve. This printer has a two year warranty (printhead 3 months) which is better than our other printers which only had a one year warranty. I highly recommend this printer. We have had several dtf printers and I can say by far this printer has the most vibrant colors of any we have seen. UPs damaged our printer in shipping and MZK had shipped us immediately new parts. The software is a little tricky, but Jack in tech support actually set it up for us. This printers is very easy to use. It was a learning curve in the beginning because it’s my first dtf printer. But customer service walked me through exactly what to do. I pretty much got the hang of it now and anytime I need help customer service is always there. Would definitely buy this printer again.
