I was a little hesitate at first because there weren't many reviews on the printer and not alot of information on the web. The reviews that were on here were positive. So, I took a shot. Let me say shipping was extremely fast. I received in less then a week with it coming from China. If this your 1st DTF printer be advised consumables are shipped separately. Tech support is outstanding. Again, be advised the company is in China and if you are on the east coast like myself it's a 12hr time difference. The couple of times Ive reached out for clarification I received a timely response. Once you purchase they will put you in WhatsApp group to help with installation of the software and any issues. This isn't my 1st DTF printer so I was familiar, but their software was a little different then what I was use to, just a small learning curve. Once software was installed and ink arrive I was good. I love the ink auto fills, you don't have to mess with syringes. The xp600 is a little faster then the L1800 I had, but I wouldn't say extremely faster. However, I will say it's more durable. The touchscreen on the printer is responsive, and convenient. You can perform head cleanings without opening the software. The Con I have is when the printer does perform a head cleaning it's loud, but I can deal with that. Overall, definitely an upgrade from the L1800. I would recommend. ... show more

I’m very happy with the graphic print quality. The graphics have been held up well. The printer its self is durable and has had no issues this far. The value of the printer seems worth it especially if you’re spending the time making products to sell. I have not had paper jam issues or clogging issues. It is a learning process for new starters as it was for me having never used any type of equipment like it. I enjoy making my shirts in honor of my late cousin and it has helped me through my grieving process. ... show more

So far very happy with my printer. My first dtf printer so a very big learning curve. But i contacted whats app to help set up. Jeremy was amazing! He help with any problems I had. Spent hours helping me. It wasn't anything wrong with printer it was user error. I was missing the moisturizing cleaner and they said they would send it out with my next ink shippment.
