We have only had this printer for two days. The initial set up and installation of software was seamless due the the technician remoting into my laptop and setting everything up. They worked with me through WhatsApp to communicate and everything went smoothly. I did have a damaged panel, due to shipping, which they said they would replace. The two prints I initially printed were awesome and printed nicely on the garment. I plan to run a large order today, so I will report back if there are any issues. Going from the L1800 to the xp600 its a huge difference speed quality the whole nine. The initial set up is pretty easy the company gives you step by step guide on how to do so. If you are still having issues they have a great team of techs that will guide you through the process. We are a small business we are able to push out order quicker with this machine. I’ve been using the MZK A3 Plus XP600 DTF printer with oven for my small home-based printing business, and I’m honestly impressed with what it offers for the price. The setup took a bit of patience at first (especially if you’re new to DTF), but once everything was properly installed and connected, the printer started performing really well. The print quality is sharp, colors are vibrant, and the white ink layer comes out nicely when calibrated correctly. The included oven is a big plus. It heats evenly and helps cure the powder efficiently, which saves time compared to DIY solutions. I also like that it comes as a bundle — it makes it easier to get started without buying everything separately. A few things to keep in mind: You need to maintain it regularly (like any DTF printer), especially the white ink system. Proper software setup (RIP) is very important for best results. This printer comes with extra parts, and is very wrapped in a crate. Customers support was amazing at setting things up. I have read that people are nervous about buying these type of printers from places outside of the US. If you are a US base person I had that concern too however they have definitely proven that they are there 100%. There is no language barrier and they are very quick to help you understand how to fix Your printer. I would like to also note that while DTF printers can be very stressful and researched a lot this one does not seem to have the problems that I hear a lot of the other ones have time will tell but it’s going very good right now. The customer service is reliable. They do double check after your problem has been fixed to make sure it’s still working OK and when I’m there always ready to help.
