I have been in contact with techs from the start. I've had to rebuild the entire printer myself, wait for parts, replace them, and I'm still having issues. I'll get one or two prints to go through, then crashes all over again. I can't run a business off this. I've lost money with this purchase and nothings being done about it. ... show more

Wasn’t easy to install without the help of the tech group. Tech group contacted us immediately and resolved all my issues and installed the printer remotely. Takes some getting use to on how to use program considering I’ve never used it before but so far it’s a great printer

I got this printer as a gift for Christmas 2023. FINALLY got it up and running in late January after working very late nights every night. Daisy is friendly and helpful but I should not have been having to replace circuit wires before I even got to use it. Ended up replacing the printhead. Did daily printing and maintenance as instructed without ever missing a day. Suddenly white won’t print and they tell me I need to replace the printhead again (less than 90 days in). Im not doing 1000s of prints or anything and I’m maintaining as instructed. I am very disappointed. When it works, it works, but when it doesn’t it’s never simple. ... show more
