Small efficient and effective water dispenser from MyVision. What's not to like, everything, everything about this small water dispenser is fantastic! What's included in the box. 1.Clear simple Instructions, 2. Water pump, 3. Charging USB cable, 4. Blue spout cap, 5. Water hose for jug, 6. Metal water spout. Dispenser has a small footprint it's only 4" 3/4 X 2" 3/4. The dispenser has a one touch operation function, whether your hands are wet or dry the dispenser is sensitive to touch and will function appropriately. Some dispensers will not function if your hands are wet. It has a light humming sound when the pump is activated that's to be expected, but it's nothing crazy. The blue light will also indicate the pump is active untill you turn it off again. This dispenser facilitates activities at the park when water isn't available or it's scarce. Take your own water jug and this dispenser will make life enjoyable again. I recommend this dispenser and i would definitely purchase it again. I hope this helps....

This dispenser is a must have ! We used to go through so many water bottles a week and so we decided to get some 5 gallon jugs and a water dispenser. This one works perfectly ! The installation is simple and using it is easy. You just press the button on top and the water comes out. I am able to fill a glass in just a few seconds. So far we have gone through 4 5 gallon jugs and I have not needed to charge it at all so the charge lasts quite a while. Definitely recommend this !

I use this in my camper over a 3 gallon water jug and it works great. We can go about 2 or 3 days on a charge. It recharges quickly too which is nice. It fits over the 3 or 5 gallon jugs snug. It does add a bit of height to your jug so keep that in mind. But it's really easy for my kids to use.

I purchased this unit on 9/5/2024 and after 5 months it's no longer working, I had high hopes on this due to amount of reviews. As far as the functionality is concerned, it did the job no issues. I have send a message to seller to see if they honor the 2 year warranty as stated in the product description. I will update the review once I hear back. **UPDATE** My Vision Direct responded to my issue promptly, and they are going to shipping replacement unit. They also mentioned that if the replacement unit goes bad within 2 years they will replace it again. Support team has provided excellent service and they are committed. Due to their support and even after the unit failed I still recommend and will buy again.

I think I can finally give a very honest review! I first bought one of these in September 2021 (still works), I bought another 1 from a different seller, I just chose a pump, didn't care as I thought they were all the same. Boy was I wrong. That second one lasted 1 use and that was it, didn't even last a full charge before biting the dust. The reason for the second purchase, was that I gave the first one to my boyfriends mom, I needed to get another one for myself again. I saw one review that says that this is cheaply made so be careful, lol, I dropped it, broke out a piece where the nozzle is and well, it's still going strong 💪🏼. So i decided to purchase another sometime last year and searched my list until I found this seller again. I love that the new one comes with a silicone cap that you can use to hold the pump in place and also cover the bottle when the pump is removed. Very effective, very mindful LOL. The charger, while outdated worked with the pump since it's an effective use of space though I would t mind the charger being longer. The battery life on this thing lasts me up to a month and a half but I guess that depends on usage. Overall its a great product and I'm about to purchase another one. I keep giving them away to mothers. Gave the last one to my mother and now I need one for myself, again 🙄 Oh one more thing to note. The first pump expelled water faster than the second one I gave my mother.
