This is a fantastic guide to vacation rentals. Unbelievable amount of information and he makes it sound so easy. It's literally a comprehensive step by step tutorial, but at the same time a fun read. I wish I had this book 20 years ago, as I'd now be sitting on a beach somewhere. Enjoy!
