Description

If you could pay off your mortgage in even a third of the time instead of waiting thirty years to pay it off, wouldn't you want to know how to do that? It's possible with the right home loan. While it may seem unbelievable, it comes down to math and a little education that banks prefer homeowners not know about. Michael Lush has spent fifteen years as a mortgage originator helping consumers get into their dream home. After speaking to a wealthy mentor of his, he then stumbled across how the wealthy finance their homes using lines of credit. Along with his co-author, David Dutton, Lush now teaches future homeowners, present homeowners as well as successful real estate investors how to use a simple home equity line of credit to pay off a home in 5-7 years. In this book you will learn: - The case against a mortgage from a 15 year mortgage veteran. - Why making extra payments on a mortgage vs a HELOC is still slower and also locks your money up until you sell your home. - 2 important reasons why this strategy isn't more well known. - How to pay off a home faster even if you have very little equity. - 5 powerful resources that will help you get started quickly to becoming mortgage free. - Pros and Cons of a HELOC - The deadly mistakes homeowners make when using a HELOC - How to build a real estate empire. - How to buy a vacation home and pay it off quickly (See chapter 9) Before you even think about signing on for a thirty year mortgage, you owe it to yourself to read this book as well as check out their popular Youtube channel. • This is an excellent book on how to pay off your 30 or 40 year mortgage in less than 10 years
Format: Paperback
This is an excellent book on how to allocate all your funds into a home equity loan that will replace your traditional mortgage to pay off your mortgage in less than 10 years. The information in this book is mindblowing and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get out of paying their mortgage on a quicker basis. ... show more

  • Intriguing Concept
Format: Kindle
It was a good book about a little known real estate financing options. The book was a bit sales at times. Overall it was worth the spend but at times it seemed like it was put together from blog posts.

  • Life Changing Financial Advice
Format: Kindle
I am already a client of Replace Your Mortgage and I can honestly say this is the real thing. Once I actually understood what was going on and how the math worked I couldn't say no. I joined the course with the platinum membership. This course is probably the most life-changing thing that has happened to me in my financial life. We have already closed our HELOC and realized instant savings. No more PMI, no closing costs, and rapid principal reduction on our mortgage. In fact, we are on track to pay off our primary residence and student loans in just 7 years. And now, you have a great book to go along with all this. As a rental property investor this makes total sense and my path to greater wealth can now come SO MUCH faster. But, this works with any homeowner or prospective homeowner who makes more than they spend each month and has the discipline and desire to wipe out debt. Also, you can use this method to pay off your student loans, car loans, etc. much faster than you ever thought possible. Read this book, watch their videos, join the course, and stop getting ripped off by the banks. This is not a scam. Actually, I have Michael Lush's cell phone number in my phone and have spoken to him numerous times through the process. Give this book and their program serious consideration. It will change your whole outlook on life. ... show more

  • basic, logical concept used to market a company's mortgage/loan network
Format: Paperback
I can summarize the book in a paragraph... HELOC (home equity line of credit) is a great way to manipulate interest in your favor if you have sufficient remaining income after paying bills and living expenses each month. You can use timing between bills being paid and income streams coming in to further benefit yourself, similar to how investors use arbitrage. If you want to figure out if you have enough extra income, you can call these guys and pay them to tell you. If you find out that you are a good candidate for a HELOC, then you can pay these guys to find the best HELOC for you. There it is, folks.... they marketed us pretty well and made $10 a copy on us for a paragraph of information. The book is a cyclical marketing pitch that reminds me of mama birds feeding baby birds on replay. I will say this - you should do it if you have the capital....... pretty common sense approach. ... show more

  • I thought that the bi-monthly payment which I carried out once was the best one could do in these circumstances to shorten repayment ...
Format: Paperback
The HELOC proposition - as explained in this book - is a mind-bending idea and, certainly, a paradigm shift when it comes to the mortgage loan and repayment system. Until stumbling across a YouTube video and then this text, I thought that the bi-monthly payment which I carried out once was the best one could do in these circumstances to shorten repayment years - to a whopping 21 years! After reading the text - in half-a-day - I visited more than 6 banks and credit unions in my area feeling well-equipped with good questions informed by the book and videos co-authored by Lush and other sources with similar programs online. As I write, I have been able to locate a local bank - here in PA - with a HELOC intro rate of 0.99% for the first 6 months and a go-to rate of 3.99% after 6 months [first year average 2.49%]. This bank charges zero margin should Prime Rate go up or down and this HELOC will be set up as interest-only for the first 15 [and draw] years. Upon request, my contact at the bank was able to provide me with an amortization that shows how this loan might work vis-a-vis a HELOC with locked rate [P&I] and vis-a-vis a regular or refinanced mortgage. I was deeply impressed by the eye-popping difference and possibilities for a flexible access to our finances going forward. I believe [and my wife agrees] that I have the DISCIPLINE needed to make this work for us. I found information that this book provided very useful for consumers like us who are looking - initially - for a way to pay off mortgages faster than typical mortgage loans allow. Today and after bank-ordered and bank-paid for appraisal, we received word that we can close next week. I have his book on my list of good Christmas or birthday gifts to order for friends who I know will be interested in the ideas expressed therein. ... show more

  • Thank You Replace Your Mortgage for helping me see the light!
Format: Kindle
DISCLAIMER: I am a member of Replace Your Mortgage. I don't buy many books period! Most of the books I own tend to be self-help or technical in nature. Books that I can apply and teach others. Replace Your Mortgage is one of those those books that opens your eye and show you what the mortgage industry has kept us blinded for generation. I can resonate with the authors. They've gone through what I have and are students of what they teach. With the knowledge they provide is multi-generational. No more will I live in the bank's home wondering what happens should I lose my job. The facts they provide will provide you with income security for your family as well as teach you how to leverage the banks money to truly build wealth. ... show more

  • Pretty quick read and to the point.
Format: Kindle
Pretty simple to follow. Wish they would give you a few of the banks to call. Just have to do my own research or call them for help.

  • A very valid way to pay off your house earlier.
Format: Kindle
I usually wouldn't give a review, but I found this book full of very valuable information that can be used in paying your house off earlier. This is really an introduction to what is offered simply because everyone's lives or situations are different. I called to get information and was told about their training they offer and the options available. Right now due to emergencies with home fix ups we were needing to hold off. I hope to start with the program in the near future, but know we better get our finances in better order so we don't cause more damage to our finances. Thanks for coming up with a way to chop down housing costs. ... show more
