I have been trying to conceive for over 10 years. I was in a relationship for 10 years where we didn’t do anything to prevent it for the first 5 and actively tried for the last 5. I never once became pregnant. I’ve been with my current husband for 2 years. The first year we didn’t prevent and the 2nd year we actively tried, and it still didn’t happen. I finally gave up and adopted a beautiful newborn baby girl two months ago. I started searching for something to help regulate my periods and stumbled across this on a website. I’ve never been diagnosed with PCOS but I have a lot of the symptoms. Facial hair, thinning hair on my head, inability to lose weight, and rarely if ever ovulating. My cycles have always been crazy, ranging from 19 day cycles to 6 mo without a period. I had my last period October 24 and I started this November 1st. My period never came for the month of November and a few weeks ago I noticed my breast were super tender which means my period is usually right around the corner. I tested on December 3rd, test was negative. Tested again on December 7th and I got my first positive. I saw my doctor today and had a blood test done. I am currently 3 weeks pregnant. I never thought this would happen for me, I had honestly given up. This stuff is amazing. The facial hair is gone and other than that I’ve had 0 side effects. If you’re thinking of trying it, do! It’s definitely worth it. Edit: 1/23/21 I am still using this and it does wonders for my cycle and body. It even helps regulate my glucose levels and blood pressure(it was running slightly high before starting). I continued it throughout my pregnancy until 30 weeks with the advice of my OBGYN. I now have a healthy 1.5 yr old baby girl, and I 100% know it was this supplement that made it possible! I started taking it after birth and it helped with milk production. I stopped taking it when my daughter was 6 months old and could tell the drop in my milk production. I started again 4 weeks earlier and almost instantly saw the increase in milk. I can’t express how grateful I am to have stumbled across it!

The main issue I have with my PCOS is the facial hair growth, particularly on my chin. Although I have only been taking these for a short time, IT'S WORKING. Previously, it took a few days after being waxed or threaded for the hair to be back. Now, not so much is growing back, and it's taking longer for the hairs to be visible. I'm looking forward to seeing how things progress as I continue to take them. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I've tried other brands, same dosage, and everything, with little to no results for my hair issues. I'm so happy to have found this. If you're struggling with facial hair — give this a try!

I have struggled with PCOS since with was 15. Weight loss is impossible and the older I get the more crazy hair grows where it shouldn't. Nothing has helped with that, not even prescription birth control, metformin or spirinolactone. I think I've tried it all! This stuff though, it makes a difference!! I've only been using for maybe 3 weeks and already noticing a reduction in how often I have to pluck/wax/shave areas on my face. I still have to do it, but much less frequently! I was able to look closely at my face in the mirror yesterday for the first time in. Long time without being just disgusted by the stupid hirsutism. I'm very thankful for this product and will continue using for sure! Also, I'm only doing half the recommended dose and still having results! Zero side effects so far.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in early 2018 and I figured that was the reason I was not conceiving, since I was not on birth control. I took this pill thinking that it would help with my PCOS symptoms, specially my irregular periods. 6 weeks into take the pills, I became pregnant. My husband and I were not trying but we also weren’t using protection because honestly I never had to in the past and I had gone years without getting pregnant. I really can’t contribute it to anything else other than taking these pills. There was nothing else in my diet or lifestyle that had changed other than these pills. I can only assume that they worked.

Classic symptoms for years: facial hair, depression, weight gain, hair loss, acne.. the list goes on and on. I’ve tried everything from metformin, spironolactone, birth control to help with weight loss and facial hair. I’m in my first week of myo-inositol and while the dosage is low, I’ve noticed my mood-swings are not as drastic and my acne breakouts are not as prominent. My main goal is to be healthy, lose weight and just feel better. I’ll continue to update, as, PCOS is a tough journey and I want all to win this battle together.
