As other reviewers have noted, the lack of any lighting on the control panel is a negative because you cannot always tell what option you chose. Another negative for me is that it does not have rollers to massage calves. On the positive side, it is as described, reasonably priced and gives a solid massage to back, spine, and buttocks. At first, I was against my wife ordering this chair because I thought it was going to be an eyesore. But it actually has a nice look to it, and I use it every day! It's not your standard nail salon massage chair. It has a lot of different modes and functions and is comfy.
