Description

MyClipMulti Kneeboard replaces the MyClipKneeboard2 and the MyBigClip. This updated design, including a brand new clip, works with all tablets and phones from 3 inches (7.5cm) to 12 inches (30cm) and a thickness up to .85 inches (2.16cm). A great way to use your Phablet or Tablet in the cockpit without worrying about its security. Our new design allows the plastic clips to be adjusted to accommodate many different size tablets and phablets. Clips can hold a Galaxy S10e in portrait mode all the way up to a full-size iPad in the landscape mode. With this kind of versatility upgrading your tablet will not require a change of kneeboard. The MyClipMultiKneeboard is now made in the USA and uses a woven elastic leg strap and medical-grade Velcro to increase your comfort.

  • Best
Best knee board contraption I've used yet. Love that its adjustable for different sized I pads.

  • Works great
quick to put on and holds my tablet to my leg good while flying

  • Works well for a full size iPad
Allows me to have a tri-fold IFR kneepad on my right leg and a full size iPad on my left leg, even when training in a Cessna 150. Wide leg adjustment range. Getting the strap to feel securely attached to the iPad is finicky and can sometimes feel loose, but it holds the iPad in place.

  • OK, with a few issues
I got this for starting cross countries and I didn't want anything too bulky, but now after several solos and cross country flights I find myself wanting more and finding the issues with this product. Pros: -Compact, easy to pack -Easy to setup Cons: -Doesn't hold my iPad very well, with the clips holding the sides the tablet will slowly slide down through the clips towards my hip, so you either need to have a case on your tablet that is grippy and/or be sure to attach the leg strap further up on your thigh so that as the tablet moves it will hit your hip before coming out of the clips. -Twice now I have had one of the clips come off of the leg strap while flying. The slot in the clip allows it to be put onto the strap but also has allowed it to fall off into the floor during flight. my fix has been to put a piece of duct tape around that part of the clip so the leg strap is unable to come out. -I wish it had a place to hold a pen/pencil -The clips get in the way of a couple buttons along the side of the foreflight app, depending where you place them. Overall its a decent cheap option, I'm going to purchase a kneeboard with a pen slot and a slot for a notepad though and keep this one as a possible minimalistic use in the future or maybe for a passenger. ... show more

  • I’ve gotten about 150hrs so far so good
Got this after I realized my window mount interfered with my engine gauge visibility too much for comfort Was a little worried it wouldn’t fit my iPad mini 6 , but it’s fully adjustable to fit landscape or portrait mode. (Has wide holes so you can charge without taking it off in landscape mode) It’s held down by pressure so you wanna belt it down snug. No need need for a special expensive knee board or adaptive case , it also doesn’t take much if any room in my flight bag Had it for almost 200 hrs and no abnormal wear or tear, easily expect it to go 500 or 1000 hrs no issues :) ... show more

  • Should have started here.
I went through probably every other iPad kneeboard solution and suction cup mount to find ANYTHING that would work in my Tecnam Echo (Light Sport). Cockpit space really doesnt get much smaller than this roomy LSA so I needed something that could let me use my full sized 9.8" iPad in the cockpit. I know, a 9.8" iPad was a bad idea for an LSA but here we are. I tried every option trying to avoid this clip because I didnt expect it to be useful. I figured it was some over priced cheap clip that will barely hold my tablet and yet - here I am singing its praises. It holds the iPad tightly, and yes if used in portrait mode it does block a VERY small amount of the screen, you can slide the iPad in any direction to place the grips where they will block as little as possible. If that's still not acceptable, turn it landscape and you're set. They even have a cut out for the home button. I should have started here - with the low amount of space in my LSA and a giant iPad - this was truly my only solution from the start. ... show more

  • Exactly What I need. No more no less.
Exactly what I need in the cockpit. Have been using it for several months. Holds my new iPad Mini in place throughout flight and doesn’t take up space and simple to use. The only thing about this product is it’s way too expensive for what it is. It’s a strap with some plastic on it and like $35. Should be priced $15 MAX. Classic case of companies inflating prices for anything relating to “aviation”. That’s the reason it’s not five stars. Other than that it has been great. ... show more
