Purchased for use as a heavy duty medical kit for use in my truck. Very comprehensive. Uses their prepacked medical pouches that have supplies for specific purposes listed on the pouch. I wanted to add my own high usage supplies like bandaids, alcohol, bug ointment, gauze, etc. The only problem is that there is not a lot of extra room in the pack. I got some in there, but I ended up putting some in a small tool pouch that I attached to the main pack.

First and foremost, this is an outstanding med kit - I won’t argue that. I’m not sure who “handpicked” these items (as mentioned in the description), but they did well. Being former military (including combat aid), an overseas contractor, and an overall avid outdoorsman, I’ve put together a number of med kits for a variety of circumstances. BUT NOT FOR A PRICE TAG OF OVER $400. Or even $300. Ridiculous. 1. Build your own and buy a nifty tac med bag. 2. Buy a fill kit and a nifty tac med bag. 3. Save a couple hundred dollars.
