  • Nice effect
Style: CHORUS
It has a nice sound. The depth isn't quite enough...in my opinion.

  • It’s OK for $30
Style: CHORUS
You get what you pay for. Surprisingly the chorus is not that bad, but the build quality is very cheap. And it is very hard to put in a battery, the whole thing pops open. The springs inside are not actually held down with glue or an anchor, so it is difficult to not lose the spring. It’s worth $30 though. ... show more

  • Got for me daughter she likes them
Style: CHORUS and DELAY
The sounds quality is ok, but for the price it's great. These are for her pedal board for gigging and she is happy with the performance how gigs

  • A/B outs
Style: CHORUS
Not a great sounding chorus, but handy as an A/B box for bi-amping. Behringer pedals are underrated.

  • BEHRINGER ULTRA CHORUS UC200 fail
Style: CHORUS
BEHRINGER ULTRA CHORUS UC200 arrived and after reading the instructions I inserted a fresh battery and plugged my guitar into the unit and it into my Black Star amp. There was no change in the sound through the UC200 on or off, other than an intense clicking when all settings were to max. I unplugged my cables, pulled the battery and inserted the battery into my Ultra Metal UM300, plugged in my cables and test passed. Reset the UC200, double checked my connections and routing. No change in the sound. Contacted Amazon via link and I'm returning for exchange. I'll update if all goes well. Okay, here I am as I intended, making an update on the original review. THe return did not cost me anything but the time to package it and send it. I did get the replacement UC200 and it works very well. In fact, compared to units costing sometimes more than double I would say it is worth every penny. The return of the first UC200 was discouraging but only because of the delay. This design may be a less durable design, since the more expensive chorus effect units are metal cases and use a "snap" switch and this unit is a hard plastic/polymer and uses what could be considered a component micro switch. I don't know which type of switch would be more durable to repeated use but thus far where cost was the issue for me, I'm pleased with the sound effect it offers. I'm giving a 4 star not only because of the returned item, but I have some reservations as to the durability of the unit and how the design deviates from what has been a traditional and reliable design. Only time will tell how this unit holds up to my use of it. ... show more

  • Good sound, good price.
Style: CHORUS
I bought this pedal a couple of months ago and now I am writing this review based on my use of this time. First things first, the sound is very good. Of course, there are better sounds out there, but this one has the best sound/cost ratio. Yes, the casing is plastic and not metal but for $25 you get what you paid for. Plus, the plastic is very good. Now, I have a few things to point out. First, if you are a frequent player, consider buying the power supply. This does NOT come with a power adapter, so I suggest you buy one. It also runs on a 9V battery (also not included). I bought a few batteries but again, if you are a frequent player, I suggest you do not choose the battery. Here is why: I got a 9V, 200mAh battery, hoping it would save me some power cables-having multiple pedals can be a hassle with all the cables. The pedal uses 30mA, doing some simple math, 200mAh/30mA=6.6 hours of use. If you use 1 hour a day, you will end up replacing the battery by the end of the week. Plus, when the battery starts to die, you get an awful and distorted sound. Seems like you have a trashed amp. However, if you do not play that much, go for the battery - it will last you longer than a week and you won't have to worry about power cables. Having to connect tons of power cables for the pedals gets very messy very quickly and the battery saves you that trouble. However, if you play a lot, you might want to consider the power supply as it will not run out and get you an awful distorted sound after a week of playing. I give this 4 stars because the power cables are sold separately. Hope this helps ... show more

  • Great price for a Chorus pedal
Style: CHORUS
Such a great price for a very good Chorus pedal. I purchased it for its stereo out capability to allow me to run a looper pedal into a second amp. I removed my mini chorus pedal and use the Behringer as it sounds better. As far as construction goes, it is plastic, the switch is activated by a stiff foam dowel when the pedal is depressed. It may not last a lifetime but it serves my purpose well and for the price it's 4 stars for value for the money. ... show more

  • Meh performance for me, but I had great luck with other Behringer pedals
Style: CHORUS
OK so first talk about the plastic body. Enough about that from other people complaining about it. The plastic body feels fine, works fine, and is one of the reasons you are paying so little for behringer pedals. There's nothing wrong with their "plastic" pedals and they stand up to all sorts of torture. So don't let comments fool you about the pedal being in a plastic body. It's fine. Matter of fact, I feel that the pedal/trigger part of their pedals feels better than my bosses and other click style triggers. Now about the sound. Here's where I am confused. All of my current and past behringer pedals have been outstanding. I have 2 of their delays and reverb, and they are AWESOME. They are better than most 100.00+ pedals. They are clean, work well, and have very strong or powerful effects. Thats' what is a trip about this chorus pedal. Based on my other behringer pedals I expect this thing to really be great. Not sure what the deal is/was but it really didn't give much of a chorus effect even on max settings. I found this very odd. I don't think anything was wrong with it, it was just a really weak chorus signal. So I know this doesn't help, but maybe I just got a dude? I returned it and got a different chorus. This is the only berhinger product I have returned. ... show more
