Very easy to attach and wear. The velcro strap (soft end) easily connects around my 6.5-inch wrist and covers the hard/scratchy portion of the velcro. When I use the computer, the wrist location of the weights is annoying. I will attach the bands above my elbow and continue to work. When using the weights for my legs, the soft end of the strap is unable to cover the scratchy portion of the Velcro on my 8-inch ankle, and therefore, I need to wear socks to prevent rubbing on my skin. ... show more
