The packaging was secure, all parts were included, and the assembly process was straightforward with basic tools. The frame feels sturdy and well-built, and the platform is solid and stable. The motor and arm movement are smooth during testing, and the overall design feels professional and reliable. The media could not be loaded. We have been eyeing one of these for a while now since it came on the scene. Of course being such a huge investment one tends to re-evaluate the need to spend this much but after seeing how this machine brings so much fun to groups of people we decided maybe we will invest and try this out. There are different size options which dictates the price. We went with the 2/3 people size which actually fit about 5 of my wife’s friends ha. Assembly took 30/40 mins. Not hard at all. Love that they have their videos on YouTube to allow you to follow along. You need a power bank which I had to run the selfie light but it came with everything else. The product shows that it’s high quality. I don’t feel like constant use of the Platform will cause any issues. Seems super sturdy. With purchase you get a custom logo which I haven’t requested yet and also you get vip time on their ChackTok app. The app functions great. You can create overlays - transparent png and music of your choice mps. The app allows web access to upload the music and on your phone you can upload the png’s. It’s super easy and the results are amazing fun memories. she def got flocked up with her friends. She had so many ask her where she got this. They loved it so much they wanted one! If you are looking for a 360 booth comparable to all those out there this hits all the marks. Ease of setup, customer support and video access for setup help, custom logo… pick this one. You truly won’t be disappointed.
