I wear a size 10 shoe and have difficulty keeping my feet on the slides. Tried both with and without shoes and found without is easier to keep my foot on the slides. I believe a longer slide would be an advantage.

I have a dense, grippy rubber gym floor and these sliders do slide as long as I don't put too much weight on them. I like the size as my whole foot fits on them. good product.
