It was great to receive good customer service, and this product would be a good fit for typical cats. Those with senior cats or cats with mobility issues ought to check measurements and monitor during use. Original Review: We have two cats using this. Including one senior large cat with a neuro disorder that means he is wobbly and uncoordinated, and another very small cat with 3 legs. This is best for smaller size cats or agile/typical cats. The senior cat fell out of the side circle hammock and fell pretty hard. We’ve repositioned the unit and worked with him to learn how to get in and out more safely, but I would likely return this unit if it were easier to disassemble and had more time to do so. This is probably perfect for large cats, unfortunately I have a XL cat lol. He definitely still enjoys it, and the hammock on the bottom is the perfect size for him. He also likes the scratching posts, which he ignores on most other things I've bought him. I searched for months for something affordable, simple, and sturdy, and ended up with this one. It didn't disappoint. At pet stores, the Cat trees either looked like they were already about to fall apart, or they cost $300 and had way too many bells and fiddly bits. This one is a nice middle ground. Feels very solid, like the platforms aren't going to break off. The base is not very heavy however, so using the included wall strap is probably a good idea. Especially if your cat grew up to be half mountain lion like mine. For an XL cat like mine, the transitions are a little cramped. He likes climbing to the upper levels, but only from the chair that's next to the tree. That's just him being lazy though. Overall a great cat tree for the money. ... show more

This cat tower was super easy to put together with the exception of the hidey hole box piece...my son's gf had to do that piece because I got frustrated with it. My male cat watched us assemble it because he just knew it was for him. He scratched at it as soon as we were done. My cats are still a little too big for this but it was the biggest one I found that didn't cost a ton of money. ... show more

The cats were getting too big to share the cat tree. Bought this one (on the right) to give a second area. The cats love it! The material is a bit cheap and rips easily; carpet would be a lot higher quality. The stability is okay, the other one we have (on the left) has a larger base for more stability. And the cat bed is a little smaller than the other one I have, but works for my 20 lb orange cat. It's fine for the 11 lb white cat too. I was able to put this together easily with the tool provided in the package. For the price, I think this is a great purchase! The cats have choices now!! ... show more

Positives: Looks nice (we chose gray). Easy to put together. Our cats love it and took to it right away. Perfect height, not overly tall which is why I think it hasn't toppled over yet. Negatives: The shelves aren't very wide. You'll see from the pics, my cats hang off them. Lol If it wasn't for that one negative, we would give it 5 stars because our cats love it and we feel on the most part it's money well spent. 😻 ... show more

Overall this is a great perch for my 13lb girl. She loves the little house, spent most of the first night in it. Two thing done differently that would make it perfect. The bottom support posts should be at least 5-6” taller so the hammock is closer to window sill level. Those same post should be wrapped fully in the rope material. The scratching area is pretty skimpy & close to the floor for a big cat to stretch out like mine does when she scratches. I do recommend it, it’s a nice compact tree. ... show more

My cat absolutely loves his new cat tree. Unfortunately one of the W2: 10X85mm screws would not go into the final part so it is a little unstable on top but other than that it's absolutely perfect!
