My Lucy loves this cat tower! She is a big girl but fits everywhere on the tower. Her favorite two spots are all the way at the top or in the hammock. I sprinkled catnip in the boxes so she would check those out as well. Very sturdy and easy to put together by myself. (just watch for ceiling fans.🙄) since she is a big girl, it wobbles a little when she jumps from the top to an existing cabinet, which I placed here on purpose as she loves anything high.     • Decent Cat House with a Couple of Surprises

So, my daughter picked out this cat stand/house after scrolling through roughly 100 others (because apparently, we needed the purr-fect one). Delivery was on time, so props to that. However, oncewe startd the assembly, it was like we were solving a 3D puzzle. The instructions? Not exactly IKEA-level, so we ended up using the time-honored method of “trial n error.” Took about 40 minutes maybe 35sh, but with my daughter's help (and moral support from our lil kitten), we finally got it standing tall. Now, one of the posts arrived a little, uh, pre-crushed. But hey, it still worked, even though it looked like it had lost a fight with a sledgehammer. The posts are likely made of plastic, so there's a chance of this happening again. Just something to watch out for if you get one from a rough batch! Our kitten loves it, though. I’d definitely suggest tying it down to a wall because a slightly heavier cat might cause this thing to take a dive. The base isnt all that wide so it’ll wobble bobble a bit. Also, the "sleeping platforms" are carpeted but feel about as soft as a parking lot. Toss in a towel or a small cushion for your furry landlord/overlord’s comfort. Overall, it’s sturdy enough (minus the cosmetic “broken” poste issue), and while its not perfect, it does the job. Kitten-approved, and I’d recommend it – just maybe keep a hammer and some extra patience on standby. Helps to have free child labor too during assembly. Meow. ... show more

I absolutely love this cat tree, but my sweet girls love it more! Great for kittens, and the flowers are big enough for a small-medium size cat to perch and curl up in the flowers. It’s taller than I am, which gives my kitties a pretty good view of everything. They don’t feel the need to be up on my counters, which is huge for me 🫡 It’s sturdy on its own, but I definitely recommend using the strip to attach it to a wall if you have cats that are 7lbs+, that way there’s no risk of it falling and possibly causing a vet appointment, or disappointment if something nearby is fragile and ends up breaking as a result. TLDR; cat-approved height, attatch to the wall if you have cats heavier than 7lbs. Very durable and adorable! ... show more

    • Cute, but annoying assembly, and not confident in its sturdiness

The instructions that came with my cat tree were completely for the wrong one. So I had to look at the photo and try and decipher what parts go where accordingly. Although I tightened each bolt quite well, the whole structure wobbles when my cat climbs up into it. It's very cute though, looks almost just like the listing photo, and definitely looks a lot less cheap than some cat towers look. Do be warned though, the fabric is boucle (as in, has a bunch of little loops sticking up from it) and if my cat was the type to scratch at his tree, that fabric would not stand up at all to claws. My cat is about 12 lbs and he loves the basket and the top ledge. The ledge is just barely big enough for him to lay on, but he does so successfully and falls asleep up there sometimes too. I'm guessing a smaller cat would fit just fine. ... show more
