  • The Up Most Best Amp You Can Buy For The Money
Size: 2 - Channel
The pictures I have shown you guys is what I have in my home . The bottom set of speakers are 18 teen inch Cerwin Vaga"s old school Cerwin Vaga's. I had the Old school 1200 watt Peavey bridged to them and started to have problem's with it . The only time my system get out of my home is for what we have where I'm from is Mar.di.Gras where thousands of people say throw me something Misiter .... So I push my system pretty hard for the 2 weeks we have our festable .. Ok so very hard , like to the limit .. Guys since I have replaced the Peavey amp with this one. I have put it to the test every day and I have been having it for about 2 weeks .. My system never sounded so good and I jave having it for about 5 years now the 18 teens have true Cerwin Vaga s sound quality and some I have red line this amp every day I have used it at my home ,and that truly is every day . it has never got hot and never lose the sound quality. I would put this amp up against Peavey , Crown , and JBL , any day .... ... show more

  • so far, good value for the money.

i don't like writing reviews for things that i've only had for a week, but there's SO much confusion about those power ratings. i'm not going to take the time to rewire my subs to test all the modes so i'm only giving the 2 ohm stereo ratings. disclaimer: to get the numbers i used a cheap dso to watch for distortion while adjusting the amp gain and a dmm to verify the voltage after the gains where adjusted then used ohm's law (not the most accurate method, ohm's law isn't really accurate for this application, but it's close enough for me). both channels where loaded with a 10" rockville k9 4 ohm dvc subwoofer, and i played the 40hz @ 0db test tone from Bass Mekanik's 808 album. this is my personal in house set up, and all of my audio equipment is properly set so the signal is clean all the way to the amp. i got 924 watts on each channel with zero distortion, but the gains are REALLY sensitive and i'm not set up to test so dialing in the voltage just under distortion is difficult. i've got mine set to 46 volts which comes out to 1058 watts and shows a very minor amount of distortion which should be negligible on music and have no qualms calling this a 2000 watt amp. so, the numbers are off, but the value is still there. this thing works great as a subwoofer amp, well, as long as you have 2 subwoofers or a dual voice coil subwoofer. i couldn't figure out bridged mode at all. i set the amp to bridged and had my eq's sub out going to channel a. when probing the positive of channel a and channel b i could only get 68.3 volts before the clipping indicator lit up. i couldn't use my dso at the time because i couldn't load the channels, too loud. i did get what seemed to be a usable signal on each channel independently, but the manual and the amp both say to use both positives like every other pro amp i've ever seen so that's how i hooked my subs up until my splitter arrived so i could try it in stereo. idk, maybe bridged mode really is "1200x2"? stereo works fine though, my subs are 800 wrms subs so 1k on them works, and i don't fix what isn't broken. i dinged it a star for the ratings being inaccurate and the clip indicator being really lenient on distortion. it's a cheap amp, yes, and while it has it's flaws i'm happy to have it. i'm just a hobbyist, but i have a lot of experience with car audio so take my ratings for what they are. i've only had it for a week so i can't speak to it's longevity and i'm using it as a subwoofer amp so i can't speak to it's performance for mids/highs, but like i said there was just so much confusion over the ratings and i have a dso, so yea. it's really amazing what can be done with class d. ... show more

  • Great job running our stage monitors at a great price.
Size: 2 - Channel
Very flexible handling down to 2ohm load. 3 8ohm monitors on one side, 1 on the other, or two and two. Could even do all 4 on one channel and have the other free for adding on. Sounds very clean and plenty of power for either configuration.

  • Very dissapointed
Size: 2 - Channel
I am a mobile KJ/DJ host and purchased this amp for my portable karaoke system. Power, weight and, 1u were my main criteria for the choice of this amp as I'd never heard of the company before. The amplifier arrived Dead but I've purchased a lot of electronic gear over the years and "bad out of the box" happens sometimes. The company was unwilling to cross ship so I had to wait 2 weeks to ship my back and get a new one. It worked great and sounded great and I'd recommended the amp to another karaoke host by then. About 6 months later mine inexplicably burned out. It was outside the return and warranty by then and company was unwilling to do anything about it so I purchased another one because by then I couldn't find a comparable amp that would fit in the karaoke system I'd built. Still working but the other host's amp had also burned. I'm just waiting for mine to burn out again. hopefully by then there will be another model that will work for me. ... show more

  • *EDIT* welp, it WILL fail eventually. It was good while it lasted.
Size: 2 - Channel
*EDIT AGAIN* the amp died a spectacular death during a gig in July, 2023 *EDIT* It's May, 2023 and this amp is still going strong, it works just as good as it did when I first reviewed it in 2018. When I found this amp on Amazon, I thought to myself "This...seems too good to be true" BUT I WANTED IT TO BE TRUE! I mean, I know that Class D amplifier technology has come a long way and that power amps can be smaller and lighter but I had never heard of Musysic...I didn't even know if I was pronouncing "musysic" correctly...Eventually, though, I took a chance and ordered this amp in an effort to downsize my karaoke rig. When the amp was delivered, I set it up side-by-side with my main Peavey power amp. I ran the same song at the same mixer volume through each into a pair of EV speakers. Not only did the Musysic amp sound just as good at the same volume as the Peavey, it did slightly better on the decibel meter. The next test was a full-blown karaoke show and it rocked as the primary amp. No clue yet as to the lifespan of this unit overall, but for now I highly recommend it - it's a solid power amp, the price is great for the wattage, it's compact, it's lightweight and it's unobtrusive in the rack. ... show more

  • Not half bad for a cheap no-name!
Size: 2 - Channel
Actually not half bad! Considering it's a random no-name amp, it is impressive! Very quiet running and cool and plenty of head room for small applications. Clean stereo sound with no distortion and after doing a volt meter test and some math, at near max power, the unit holds true to its advertised output power both stereo and bridged. It is certainly no QSC or Crown, but for a small or medium sized application, it's nice! ... show more
