I'm on my third bottle of Clear Muscle, taking it as recommended, and the results have been impressive. Over the past two months, I've gained at least 4 pounds of muscle mass. I do use other supplements, but since starting Clear Muscle, I've noticed the creatine puffiness has decreased, and I'm putting on dense muscle with more definition. Getting more vascular has been a nice bonus. I train hard—5-6 days a week for 2 hours each session. I feel better than ever at 5'10" and now 168 lbs, turning 40 next month. This review might get a bit wordy, you've been warned :D. So I started lifting close to a year and a half ago. Comically it was due to having too many beers and I had some pos dumbells laying around. Anyway...fast forward a ways and I started my journey on building up a home gym. At one point found my way to strongman channels on Youtube. I decided to set goals for myself to at least get to what I felt was a good baseline for a male's ability to lift. Enter my two main goals, benchpress goal, and deadlift goal. Both compound lifts that do great things for your body if done correctly (aka don't be stupid and injure yourself). I've reached plateau's before. Ones where it seemed like I pretty much had to inch and crawl and claw my way up to any small increase in weight on the bars. They've been tough and a mental as well as physical strain. Had a few months somewhat off where I was pretty much stuck with bodyweight only and 35lb dumbells for a time. Enter a few changes to my routines, and this supplement. Yes I've made other changes besides this supplement, but I'm going to give a majority of the kudos to this supplement. I went from struggling to break plateau's to busting the crap right out of them. As an example once I got back from my 3 months or not seriously lifting I was struggling to get back to where I had left off. I had finally gotten there but felt pretty dead after each workout, had no extra gear and nothing in the tank to actually improve. I started adding more protein into my diet, like a lot more. I realized I had been taking normal people levels, I needed lifter levels. After that I also started on this supplement. Well after about a week of taking this I realized hitting my heaviest lifts were a lot easier. Each time I hit them I felt I had an extra gear I could have engaged for more. At the end of my workouts I felt like I could add a few extra accessories on to it and still have gas. I was very leery of this, will admit to being a bit negative and not believing it. Well the next week hits and same story, way too easy feeling. So on a whim I decided to up my bench by 5lbs and see what happened. Well...I had no problems engaging that extra gear and lifting it. Another week of workouts go by and I noticed my deadlift was also seemingly a lot easier. I used to almost feel like passing out after my heaviest set, and now I just felt like I should have done more.... Enter today, enter the day I followed another whim and made a leap. I had a bit too much to drink the prev night so felt pretty blah. Honestly I thought about entirely skipping my workout. But as Shaw says, discipline > motivation and no way was my lack of motivation winning! So I started warming up with easier deadlift reps. I got to the point I usually do my heaviest set and on that whim said what the hell, let's shoot for 300lbs. I know, lots of guys hit way higher than that, but for me that's a big jump PR on deads. Now if you've ever watched the big pros on strongman using the hitching technique I assumed if I had chance I'd have to do similar. I was fully prepared to have to hitch my way and likely fail anyway. Well....came right up off the floor and I even held it for awhile before lowering it again ( i don't drop, I lower, so pretty much a Romanian deadlift right after a normal one hah). My daughter happened to be down there when I tried and gotta say that felt awesome. I'm looking forward to how heavy I can push myself now. I even contemplated going heavier yet, that final gear barely seemed like it got activated. So in the end, the bottle does not lie, it will increase your 1 rep max, your endurance, your performance in general. Time will tell if I add on muscle pounds like they claim, but for the rest of it alone I'm subscribing to this supplement. Thank You MuscleTech!!!

Don’t know if it’s works out not yet but the smell and taste of acid is not pleasant I used to buy other kind from same brand but those didn’t ah e this smell or taste. Will try to find it

I’ve used nitric oxide and creatine mostly for my workouts. They work good. However, this product is outstanding. You’ll notice an immediate improvement in strength and stamina. On 30 days now and I’m shredded with six pack at age of 47.

It appears that I've finally found something that helps me build my arms. Legs never had a problem. Arms would get stronger just not bigger. Now they're starting to look better.

I took the recommended dosage and within 2 days I had severe body aches. 3 days later the body aches went away. Thinking I had the flu I went back to their recommended dosing and the same thing happened. I cut back to one capsule before I went to the gym 3 days a week. The upside is that I have started to lose weight and have already lost nine pounds. My performance in the gym is notably greater. Their customer support is very poor. They have no phone number to call them on. The only thing you can do is email them. I emailed them with my issues and it's been almost two weeks now and still have not gotten a resolution. They keep saying my questions are being reviewed. I caution you on this product especially a company that is so difficult to communicate with. UPDATE two weeks have gone by and these people have not been able to give me an update on my concerns. Would not buy anything from these people. Their customer service is terrible. Buy your HMB from somebody else.

I can honestly say I have been seeing results. I’ve been taking this HMB supplement for about two months now, and I’ve been seeing more results with it then when I was just taking creatine alone. As one of the reviewers here mentioned, they are a lot of HMB supplements out there, but almost none of them are using the free acid form and muscle tech does. I would say the only downfall is, there’s a slight taste to the gel capsule and it’s pretty big, but you’re only taking one at a time and if you’re used to taking other supplements with large pills, it’s really not going to be a big deal.

Wowee! I kinda just stop breathing before opening and while taking this. The smell is like... industrial 9v fish? I don't really know, but it pretty much screams "don't put that in your mouth" at me, and it's strong enough that I can't quite give a good take on how the capsules taste. Anyway, it hasn't caused any stomach stuff for me and the price is good, so I don't see any reason not to go for this if you're going for HMB to begin with.
