Rope appears to be decent quality, but the cushion foam cover on the handle is just that ... foam not rubber or some other substantial material. I had to open the package shrink wrap before I could tell the quality. Hopefully, they will accept a return, because I can't see the handle's padding lasting even a day on the water. ... show more

The Thick part of the rope allows you to pull yourself to different parts of the wake and it also stretches add more flexibility when surfing with a rope. (We are using a Wake Surf Foil.)

This wakesurf rope is great. Due to the thick braided line, it is a little harder to throw out to a person in the water than other ropes I've used. It also stretches out due to the same reason. The handle is nice and it floats really well in choppy waters.

I’ll start by saying; I am an avid wakeboarder and wake surfer. Obviously, I like to have quality gear that will last and does its job well. I usually buy at specialty stores or big box for my equipment because you can see it before you buy. I went on a flyer with this one and I am very impressed. It compares to some of my really expensive ropes at a fraction of the cost. The rope is thick, without sharp edges or frayed portions. There is a large foam piece near the handle that you can grab if you want to get closer to the boat without hurting your hands. It also has several knotted sections that allow you to get closer as well. My favorite feature however was the fact that the rope doesn’t have play or stretch in it. This is what you want when you are surfing because you want to come right out of the water without play in the rope. In fact, this one was better than my other expensive ropes. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. You literally can’t beat the price of this rope and it stands up to other “better” ones from bigger brands. Great brand and product that looks nice and performs well. 5/5 stars would recommend. ... show more
