This is one of the best cases you can invest in for your switch. Can carry a multitude of games and has room for a few accessories and cables. I've traveled with this and it stood the test against the roughness of air travel and TSA. I try to be unbiased in reviews. If I write one at all. This case is fantastic I’ve used it for the better part of 2 years. Mostly to travel. While it’s not totally pertinent I done totally use this for switch accessories probably like it should be. With that being said this is why; it’s a thicker case. I really do thoroughly enjoy this case. It hood the switch securely, it hold a plethora of games securely while have the top lid zipper pouch. As a tangent the top zipper pouch I usually store MagSafe chargers and charger cords in. So it’s a good case for multiple options. I rock the original switch (non oled) and this is fantastic for it. I usually only ever hold the joycon trigger adapters in it other than travel chargers. Can easily fit switch charger in it. But not much else (joy on controller, dock, etc) But everything fits nicely, and securely I have little to no issues with it. But will be downgrading to a slimmer case for traveling in a day bag. Which this is a little too big for. But for a bulk amount of stuff to bundle with the switch a fantastic option. Definitely recommend. ... show more

I'm glad I rolled the dice on this carry case with no reviews because its just what I wanted I wanted a grip case to protect my switch and a carry case to travel with but most carry cases are fitted for a naked switch so I felt like I had to chose one or the other fortunately I found this new case by the same company that makes a popular grip case(mumba heavy duty) and as this case was made to fit in it now I can have my cake and eat it too I cant speak to the durability since I just bought it, but I will update later after use as for the quality, I feel its good for the price, a few loose stitching strands, but no biggy the size is a little bigger than other cases but i'm glad it is as the mesh pocket can hold pretty much anything I need with no issues the transparent game card slots are a nice touch but the games are not easy to remove if pushed all the way in so leave them out a bit that way you can use your finger nail to pull on the groove of the card the only real con I can find is the mesh pocket zipper as you may have noticed many carry cases have replaced or removed the metal puller to avoid potentially scratching the joy-cons now if you use the grip case and lay it upside down this is not a problem but I like mine face up so i'm just going to cut the puller off and replace it with something soft ... show more

I was really debating this case, as it’s double the price of many other cases on Amazon. My previous case was a $10 made in China piece of junk, but it worked alright enough. I lost my Switch, unfortunately, so after rebuying I decided to try a different case. I was hesitant with this one, but after a few days I really like the case. It holds a ton of games (double my old case), is about the same size, can hold more cords and controllers, and feels much nicer. The outside is kind of a textured, smooth but slightly rubbery feel. I just think it looks cooler than other cases too. Switch fits nicely and is easy to get out. The zippers and materials feel much nicer than my old cheap case as well. It did have a scent to it initially but it’s mostly gone… not sure what people were complaining about. It basically smelled like a new car tire, but nothing bad chemically. Plus not very strong, people are such whiners. My only real issue is the elastic strap that holds the switch in is pretty annoying and I prefer not to use it. As long as you open your case right side up, it’s not really necessary, so I’m probably going to cut it off so I can easily just lay my switch in there. It's slightly more expensive than I'd like, but I don't totally regret the purchase. Overall, I like this case and if you carry your Switch around a lot I think it’s worth it. ... show more

I got this case because I wanted something to protect my Switch while I went on extended day trips. It's not too bulk, but definitely not as slim as other cases, but I didn't expect it to be because I wanted extra room to fit extra joy cons, cabling, and games. The outer shell is a hard yet a soft rubber feel to the touch. The zippers seem to be well made. I love that the switch has a stretchy band that holds the Switch in it's place. Most cases like this don't have that and the Switch just lays in the molded pocket. I like this because the Switch won't accidentally fall out if the case falls out of my hands by accident. I also like that the pocket in the lid is roomy enough to fit multiple joy-cons. I wanted it for at least two, but I'm sure you can fit up to four comfortably. Like I said, I was able to fit two extras plus the 3' HDMI cable my Switch came with. I plan on putting in a slim USB C to HDMI adapter as well so I can hook it up to a TV when I'm on the road. The two game flaps seem well made as well. This case meets all of my expectations. ... show more
