My sister in law originally purchased Lambi for our cute and sweet little puppy when we visited her. He is so obsessed with this toy that he spends a good part of the day with it. He joyfully drags it around the house during the day like it is his best buddy. As the sun goes down, their relationship take a different and dark turn. He brings it to bed every night and does this I am going to kill you and break your neck by shaking you and biting you from head to toe thing, but first I’m going to do filthy things to you and you are going to like it. It’s really bizarre, but whatever. It makes our fur baby really happy. That’s why, at $5, we always have a replacement on hand.

Yes, we gave 1 star for Durability, Longevity and Sturdiness, but we gave it an overall rating of 5 stars because it is the perfect toy for dogs that like to kill their prey. Like our Dachshund. This lamb chop has 5 squeakers in it and Jack can have all 5 out in about 10 minutes. He is soooooo happy when I bring one of these toys out. He knows where I keep them and if I go anywhere near my stash of Lamb Chops, he follows me and looks at me. At the time of this writing, Amazon is selling these toys for $5! I buy them 4 at a time and keep a supply in waiting. Best dog toy I have ever bought!

I was happy that the product came early and that it was as advertised (2ft, one squeaker), but the seam down the lambs back was really weak. My dog has handled it mainly by the ears and tail, thrashing it about and dragging it around. He only grabbed it by its back if he was taking it someplace else. Yet the seam down the back started splitting that night and became worse today. It's a really clean split. Stuffing is spilling out. I thought because this was advertised as 'for bigger dogs' it would be able to sustain the damage they could do-- but this damage wasn't even remotely caused by my dog. I would return it, but my dog really likes it-- regardless of the damage. He's sleeping on it right now actually.

Our 2 month old puppies love this toy! They sleep with it and Plat tug with it. This is the bed time, snuggle toy every small puppy should have. It is light weight and eady to pull around. Serves as a warm, snuggle comfort toy for new born. I'd buy again.

Ordered this on a whim for my MIL who has a medium size dog, about 50 lbs. Her dog plays with it daily, and naps with it often. This dog toy holds up quite well, but we send her a new one every 18 months or so and she called to tell us that her dog was very happy to receive a new lamb chop.

My older dane loves her lamie. The puppy and her play tug o war with it and it isn't super durable. It would last my older dane a long time but the puppy is crazy with it and they don't last super long.
