The product looks great, easy to install (even alone). The metal material seems pretty sturdy for outside use but one link was bent and when i tried to straight it out, broke off easily (so I'm short one panel). It was nicely packaged but the boxes came broken and I believe it is due to the handling that a few heads broke off, you can't snap them back in. That's s the only reason why I gave 4 stars. I really like the fact that you can change the gate's orientation...that's a plus!

I just wanted decorative fencing to accent an area. However, there are no directions, and the pieces aren't quite as easy to hook together as seller suggested. The fencing is, however, very attractive, and if I ever figure out how to install it, I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

An attractive fence, it looks good up in my garden. However, as I was installing it a bar came apart from merely being held. It wasn't welded properly to frame. I don't know if others will pop off as well. I requested a replacement section sending the panel with separated bar back and was told to contact Amazon Customer Service and that I had to send the entire product, four panels, to get a complete replacement. That seemed like an unwieldy (I had to call a neighbor to pull the heavy fence sections out of the box!) and not so much of a confidence building transaction for me. I'd be seriously miffed if another bar came off after the whole exchange program. So I will glue back the separated bars and hope for the best.

one of the hook pieces at the bottom that attaches to the hole was broken off and that end is not secure. Otherwise it is a sturdy fencing

I don't know what type of boxes are used by the manufacturer but they are the cheapest I have ever seen. I placed two separate orders for a total of 7 boxes of 4 panels. At least one panel in each box was damaged to the point where it's unusable. Bent and cracked finials, the metal hooks that join the panels were bent and broken off. I am using these for a Halloween haunt so I can deal with the damage but if you plan on using these decoratively in your yard, buy extra and plan to repack and return many damaged panels.

Directions would have been helpful… there were none. Figured it out ok.. guess we were used to the “higher end”, but quite a bit pricier, version. All in all, a good product for the money spent and are planning on purchasing more. It really does look nice.

Unbendable sturdy steel fencing. Finally found at half the cost of others at home improvement stores because you can use your own posts. All garden fencing should have posts added at least every 7 feet. You put them behind it and attach. I bracketed the entire thing to short wooden posts so it is stable and wouldn't show posts. The hooks are strong like superman. They arrived bent and bent back into shape. I found they bend closed after you hook the panels, but, wait until you are satisfied with the whole fence to do any of these I like it!
