Pretty and sturdy cat tree. It holds all 4 of my adult cats at the same time with no problem. (See picture-the 4th cat is in the lowest hide box) None of them are big and fat but they are long and fluffy. The directions to put it together were clear and very easy to follow. I would buy another tree from this company and I would recommend this tree and company to my family, friends, and strangers. I bought the light gray colored one and of course one of my cats threw up some food on it the day after we put it together. I have a 15lbs cat and 2 others about 5lbs each and it can hold them. It keeps my dog away from the cats very sturdy took about 30 mins to assemble very good directions.

The assembly was going well until the last two posts. One of the posts would not tighten and was very unstable when assembled. I attempted to remove the post due to the unsteadiness, at which point I noticed a bolt had come out of the post. In attempt to salvage the bed/platform that was already fastened to the post, I tried to unscrew the bed, however, the bottom completely shredded apart. I therefore used the last remaining bed/platform for the last remaining post, but this too would not fasten securely. Additionally, several parts of the fabric contain adhesive/hardened glue. I am unable to remove the adhesive from the fabric. I attempted to reach out to the seller several days ago requesting replacement parts and have not yet received a response. Update: After posting this review, the sellers responded to my complaint. They sent an entire new cat tree, which is much better than what I had initially received. I appreciate the communication from the seller. Rating updated accordingly. Photos added following reconstruction with new parts. ... show more

I would have to give this a 5 star, had this cat tower for about a month now and it is very sturdy and of good quality. Very easy to set up, directions were very easy to follow. Both of my cats love it, the top shelf is sturdy my 9lb cat loves laying on the very top and it has no problem holding him. It also comes with 3 extra balls for replacements and it has a strap to secure it to the wall but I found out I do not need it, it has no problem holding both at a time even when they are jumping around on it. ... show more

The cats love it. It fits even the 18lb maine coon but, One of the toys does not really fit properly or snuggle. We keep having to tighten it down. Not sure if we missed a step on that piece.
