  • Was nervous knowing the market, but the seller delivered the real deal, and it's AMAZING!
As headline said, seller actually delivered which is fantastic! But this card itself has also done nothing but deliver and I love it! It crushed every benchmark I threw at it with passing marks, even in native 4k. (NOTE: Tests were ran on a mix of M.2 and SATA SSD's, bundled with a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU and 32GB of DDR4 @3600 MHz, amply powered by a 1000W PSU, results will vary + or - depending on your own other specs, especially if you're hitting a bottleneck.) Pros: -Very powerful! -Very aesthetically pleasing. -Light choice is perpetual, so if you don't plan to change from your initial lighting choice, you can uninstall the god awful software for it. -No melting cable yet unlike the ones I hear about on the 4090. -Amazing for gaming, video/photo editing, and 3D work! -Free mousepad, free support bracket, and very cool (as well as safe) packaging. -Runs really cool, actually. Not nearly as hot as my old RX 6800 XT got. Cons: -It's HUGE! Make sure your case has space, I struggled to make mine fit in. (Lian Li Lancool II) -It's also hefty. In addition to space for the card, make sure you can reliably find a way to make the support bracket fit in, or go vertical mount! -The price tag. At almost $1500 USD after taxes, it will hurt the wallet (as of the time of writing). For not a horrible lot less performance and nearly half the price, the 4070Ti will do many others perfectly fine. But if you need (or just really really want) the best (that doesn't come as a potential fire hazard, once more at time of writing, pre-switch from 12VHP) then you do what you gotta do. -Lastly, the adapter itself. I know it's going to be less of an issue later down the road, but currently need 3 8-pins to loop through and plug into the adapter, to finally plug into the card, is just ridiculous. It also can be hard to hear the click that you should when plugging it in, as it's a rather silent click, so make sure you're listening close when plugging in! I hope this review helps any future buyers looking into potentially getting this beast of a card to make the proper decision for themselves! ... show more

  • Very big, but very good
The media could not be loaded. One of, if not the best design for a graphics card. If you have a little extra to spend and want something that not only performs very well, and looks well this is the 4080/4090 AIB to get. Graphics Card never goes above 60 degrees Celsius even under a long gaming session, and the the card itself is very quiet.(The fans never have a chance to really spin to get loud) The card is very efficient while gaming, never going above 500watts. The 12VHPWR could be a lot better. The cable is really hard to get in, and this one doesn’t make a clicking sound so you have to see if it’s fully seated. If not, that’s a burned GPU. The included support bracket could be a little better too, it looks out of place, and it doesn’t sit in one spot(At least in the Corsair 4000D) Cable management is a pain(See video) for this card because of it needing 3 8 pin connectors, although you can use 2 of them if you don’t have 3 8 pin connectors. Overall, very big, very quiet, very expensive, very efficient and worth the money. ... show more

  • Super reliable and RGB not over the top
Quiet and temps are very cool considering I have in a fish-bowl case. Did not have to update my power supply (850W). Very stable I removed my old driver before install just in case. I know many will say for price just get a AMD RTX 7900 XTX with 24 gig of ram but I have had a AMD card before and at least my experience ran very hot and very power hungry. Maybe if I had a different case and larger PSU i would think more about it. In 3Dmark stress test I don't think i ever went above 54C. and idle AVG 34C. I don't like the support stand/pole cause it adds stress to fan area and looks awkward. ... show more

  • Beautiful Card
This is a gorgeous card. I'm upgrading from a 3080, and there is a difference in performance. However, there is not a massive difference from an msi 3080 trio z to the suprim 4080 x. 30 more fps in mw2 multiplayer isnt much. I was expecting more of a difference. If you have money to blow, buy it. But, if you're justifying upgrading from a 3080 to the 4080, then get a 4090 or wait for the 50 series unless youre comming from a 3060 or lower. The performance leap isn't there. I recommend this card, though. Be aware that it is tad longer than the trio z 3080, and almost 4 slots are used up after installing this gpu. So, make sure you have the room in your case. I also noticed the support bracket is pretty tall as well. I have the 5000D airflow case and I have the big dip installed in the bottom right of my case. Had it not been there it would only be about a half an inch from my aio fans at the top. Just an FYI. Overall: If you have money, buy this card. Its amazing. If you have more money, then get the 4090 or wait for the next gen. ... show more

  • 4K Gaming with 120Hz Monitor
Holding strong, FPS holds up pretty well with GPU heavy games. Haven't found a game yet were I'm not auto-reccomended Ultra settings. Expensive? Absolutely, yet at this point the prices are all over the place I was able to buy this one in 3 payments which was pretty nice. I've been stuck indoors, gave up on family, not sure how much time has passed...must get back to gaming.... ... show more

  • Amazing GPU.
Bought this elsewhere recently for a lower price but this is an amazing GPU. Upgraded from a 1080Ti and have no regrets. Stays reasonably cool with all high/ultra settings at 1440p. Highly recommend.

  • This generation does not offer 24gb GDRR6X
Scalp. This card does not even come with the stated amount of ram. Even the visual has is different than the listing.
