So far has been a great gaming laptop for me. I use it for heavy gaming and VR. Great cooling options and great performance for price. Has outside and keyboard RGB lights with lots of options if you care about that stuff, if not easy to turn off. I email msi when my laptop was fairly new but silent. So I replace the keyboard myself which was quite an expense and time. I have pictures but don't feel like looking for them. The screen hinges broke on both sides but the left side was the worst; managed to fix it. Other than the cheap components, the speed of the laptop is still impressive. Since the onboard keyboard is garbage and I will not be carrying my external keyboard, I am going to convert it into a standalone pc. I am happy to report that I have persuaded friends and family members away from MSI since they tend to ask me for advise ;) ... show more

Cheap! Not worth the money. I travel frequently and have owned this product for about one year. One of the hinges broke after one year of normal wear and tear. The quality is atrocious. Where the hinge screw into the bezel is plastic. Poor quality! Buy an Asus. MSI builds garbage.
