Sizing Issue
Color: Brown Size: Medium
In measuring my waist around the belly button like instructed, I landed on the top of one size and bottom of another. I was kind of annoyed that the sizing doesn't really overlap much, but I figured I have some weight to lose so I'd order the smaller size. I ended up being on the very last hole of the smaller size and the "flap" isn't long enough for the catch to hold it, so that piece sticks straight out and can be in the way. Medium says 32-38 but has 8 holes, so it actually is 31-38. Large says 37-42 but also has 8 holes so it should say 35-42. Quality does seem decent, but just know that the sizing gives extra inches on the shorter end, but the longer part is a hard stop at the listed measurement. So order the bigger size of any question. ... show more

Good and sturdy.
Review Image by Bryana Acevedo Bryana Acevedo
It’s a bit awkward to wear the first few times just because it’s a thick belt so it needs to be broken in, but it gets better after a few times of wear. Once it’s broken in, it has comfortable support that allows for easy bracing. I’ve been able to comfortably add 40 or so pounds to my deadlift within a month. ... show more

Seems to be a good product
Color: Black Size: XLarge
It's seems to be well made But it is stiff and a bit uncomfortable. I think that will improve as it gets broken in. I've only used it once so far and it seemed to get better during my workout. Time will tell as to it's durability. I found two size charts on their website which was confusing. One said an XL fit 35-39 inches. Another gave the XL a range of 41-44 inches. My gut (not pants size) measures 41 inches at my belly button, s I got the XL. I'm fine with the fit. I used the third notch for lifting, then loosened it to the first notch between sets. So I would say if your gut measures 41 at the belly button you are at the maximum for this belt. If you are 42 or more, go up to the XXL. On the downside I would say I could go down another 4 inches to a 37 inch gut and still be OK. However you would be near the limit. So I would say if you have less than a with a 38 inch gut, you probably need to go down to a Large. Now with a 41 inch gut I wear a size 40 pants comfortably around my real waist. That's because the dirty little secret is that most clothing manufacturers put an extra inch or two into the waist of men's pants to play to our vanity. In addition there are a lot of men out there that will wear their pants way below their waist and let their belly hang over them. So if you are one of those people that shoehorn a 44 magnum belly into 38 special pants so that your gut hangs over your belt to the point where you can't see your shoes, then order the next size up. So be honest. Use a tape measure and get an honest measurement. So in conclusion, if your belly size is 38-42, this belt should be OK. If you are over 42, I recommend you size up. If you are under 38 size down. ... show more

Essential piece of lifting gear!!
Color: Brown Size: XLarge
What can I say? If you lift mega weights you HAVE to have a sturdy lifting belt and this thing is IT! I have used tapered bodybuilding belts for 10 years or so but when I recently decided to try powerlifting it was obvious that the tapered belt would not provide the support I needed. I reviewed all the belts that Amazon was selling and I had to click every category provided by my local gym rat buddies. First, it needs to be at least 4 inches tall all the way around (check). Second it needs to be at least 7 mm thick to meet IPSA requirements for competition (this puppy is 10 mm thick so "check again." Third, it should be either a lever or at least a two prong design (and check). So I bought it and have been exceptionally happy with my purchase. I will say that this bad boy is stiff as a board for the first couple of weeks until it stretches and gets sweat soaked, so putting it in a string bag for the gym can be a hoot for a while, but the stitching, design, and overall quality is fantastic. Great belt for tonnage lifters!!! ... show more

Powerlifter Looking To Try A Belt? Try This One!
Color: Pink Size: Medium
This belt is great. I use it 2x a week on squat and deadlift days, and I've had it for a few months now. No sign of breakage, but it IS a little less stiff but still retains some stiffness for good support. As a lady I think that it's a bit too wide for me because I swear it takes up 1/2 my abdomen, but I'll still use it. :-) I also wish I had purchased a single prong in retrospect because it is a bit tricky to get the double prong on and off (especially while you're breaking it in), but if you're worried about it popping off the prong and leaving you stranded mid lift: this will NOT do that! Once you're buckled in, you're in! It's also not terrifyingly hard to get off once you get the hang of it. :-) My lifts have dramatically improved since I've purchased this belt, and I truly do love it. If you're on the fence about adding a belt to your training, still want to be stylin' with a bright ass pink belt that no one will try to steal at the gym, and you are a powerlifter: give this belt a try! ... show more

PERFECT! I like to lift heavy and this is perfect. It is clearly well made, 10mm thick is great support, wide enough to support the lower back. All metal is sturdy, in place, and new and untarnished. Will need breaking in, but again that is apart of the leather being sturdy and of good quality so not a bad thing at all. Leather is soft. Will be using for heavy squatting, deadlifts, etc. I am 5’0”, have a 28” waist and got a small. Fits PERFECT with plenty of holes smaller and larger to use if I ever need them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Also, for some reason the picture of the pink camp looked to me like it might be a glossy leather on the outside, but it is not. It is the same soft leather all around just like the inside. Perfect. It also shipped the next day and came 2 days earlier than expected ❤️ ... show more
