After doing my detached garage with epoxy and being disappointed that it yellows due to uv exposure, I decided to try this product. It’s amazing. It goes on easier, looks better and is extremely durable. This floor has been down for about 3 years now and it looks as good as it did when it was new. I did an epoxy base with full flake coverage and then topped it with this. As with anything, prep is key. Good quality product. It sticks to the floor and dries fast....You need to have multiple rollers because it dries fast and you cannot wash them, rock hard....So I had to either finish the job the same day non stop or use a new roller each time to do a little bit of the work every day.

Me and my wife built our home 10 years ago on 20 acres in Bowling Green Kentucky. We breed and raise Belgian Malinois (Dogs for those who don't know) we have concrete floors on our first floor, 2,200 sq ft. We have battled it out with a few products over the years and they quickly failed. We studied Polyaspartic Polyurea Coating System and decided on this company. 100 percent satisfied - We are talented people and know how to apply paint. We were not rushed as we figured out how much each room would take. We used 2 red solo cups one for part a and one for part b. We threw the cups out after each mix.. it goes pretty far as we used a 1/4 inch nap roller for our first coat and a 3/8 nap on our 2nd coat. Good product overall. Pot time is great, it’s easy to spread out. Dries quick. The odor is very intense. Wear a mask and I would even say seal off your man door into your home. The smell is nauseating and will make your whole house smell. Two kits did the job with some leftover on my 2-1/2 car garage with full broadcast flakes. Was totally dry in a day ... show more
