I have seen people say in other reviews that the buttons on this machine are not so good and I can confirm that. I have made a little observation where when my finger is a little wet vs. when dry they work better. Dry finger I’m literally tapping the button at most 10 times before I can get it to go to the 5 min cycle but I still gota get it to the 10 min then the 6min cycle for the spin to remove water. Using my damp finger it becomes a bit more reactive and I can get it to move in a few taps. But other than that it’s not so bad for what it is got my cloths clean.

I have a similar mini one by this brand, Moyu, and love it- so was hoping this one would be great too, only larger so I could wash shirts. What I dislike about this larger one (compared to the mini one): 1) The buttons are not as user friendly as the mini. Sometimes I have to press more than once to get the button to respond to me. 2) Drainage- on the mini, there is a very neat, tidy plug you pull out when you want it to drain. Wish this one had the same. This has an odd lever you pull- I always forget which side the water will drip when I pull the lever, plus there is a lot of leakage with this design. 3) The annoying suction cups- I covered them up with gorilla tape. I need to be able to slide the unit quickly and easily, and those suction cups are way too powerful and make it cumbersome to move this in a pinch. 4) Spin basket- I wish it was a few inches taller. Also, hate how it is collapsible. It often collapses when I don't want it to. Not sturdy. I had to use cable ties to make it stay in the larger position, permanently. OK, so that is what is WRONG with this unit. If you only need to wash bras/undies, get the mini Moyu- much less expensive, stronger motor for the size, and better design. But if you need something to wash shirts and leggings, get this one. Even though I dislike many things about this one, the Moyu brand is much more reliable than the other similar sized brands out there. I bought 2 other brands and the motor malfunctioned upon 1st use (Pure Clean & Densors- avoid these!). So, although I don't love this one, I'll take it over the other brands, because it actually WORKS! Clothes come out clean; the white/grey design is attractive; and spin basket (since I modified it) does a decent job at wringing out SOME of the water.

I bought this as I am a person with a heavy menstrual cycle and suffer with dealing with clean undies. Very gentle cycle which is perfect. The problem i have is with the basket for spinning the clothes its too small. I washed 6 pairs of period underwear sometime i could get away with 2 pairs per spin cycle but idk if it would be too heavy or light enough but it the basket would jump out of the bottom and i would have to stop the cycle to fix the bucket. So i would have to take a pair out and have to spin each pair by itself. Each spin cycle is 6 minutes so in total just to spin 6 pairs was 36 mins.. honestly if you can physically do it and have the time squeeze the water out yourself by hand it would be better. Again up to you if you have paitence in total for washing 6 pairs of underwear was 30 mins for the wash (1 10-min cycle of detergent then softner cycle then last rinse cycle) then 36 mins for spinning the water off. I suppose dont wait til 6 pair maybe half and you can spend less time. Probably knock off 20 mins. I did wash a long sleeved delicate shirt and that took 25 mins to wash same style as above except i used a 5 min rinse cycle this time. And only took 1 spin cycle so total 31 mins. So again if you have paitience and need small clothes before the end of the week or to wash something in a pinch. Not that it makes but i go wash my clothes once a week so its not like i really need to use this every day.

Well, this item I was looking forward to having to wash a delicate item by this machine instead of using my hands. I tested it with a few pairs of white socks first. You have only (3) options to use as programs and only (2) are for washing cycle 5 or 10 mins. The 6 mins is for dryer mode. After putting in the socks for 10 mins washing and watched the cycle run, it would spin very slow to the right for 3-4 secs then reverse to the left spin very slow for 3-4 secs. This process is continuous for 10 mins. back and forth. Another words, it runs very very slow as it spins and doesn't really pressurize the wash well in scrubbing the item. So, this being said, it really won't wash well if you have an item that really needs a strong wash. I was about to return this item, but there is a good way to maneuver this machine. What I did after I washed it for 10 mins, I rinsed the water out, added fresh clean water, and used the 6 mins dryer program cycle without the basket, just left the socks in there with fresh water and ran it. This cycle really spins the machine strong and moves the items around more. After the 6 mins is over. Empty the water out completely and then use the basket and run 6 mins again to dry out the excess water off the item. Since I was able to do this, I decided to keep the item after all and work it. Great product. Don't overload it I see a lot of reviews of people putting to much stuff in then leaving a bad review. Works great with a short sleeve shirt and 2 pair of socks and any thing that may equal that. Don't burn out the motor with heavy loads... little loads throughout the day and it's fantastic! Apartment life saver

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this mini washer actually washed clothe as long as you didn't overfill it. (and trust me you will the first couple times.) However the spinner is really lacking and doesn't work very well. The spinner cage only holds 20% of what the washer can handle and if not packed properly falls off the spinning component and you have to restart the machine. I ended up washing with this machine but using another machine for the spinner.
