Easy to assemble, but with 2 kids under 5 it took longer than if we had had no interruptions. We live in a VERY high wind zone so I took a previous reviewers advice and got steel (galvanized) replacement bolts to try to prevent issues with the brass bolts that it comes with. We have had a few wind storms and its still standing strong! We also opted to buy a set of ground anchors - highly recommend those for stability (ladder was addtl purchase as well). Overall we love this trampoline. I have 2 energetic kids who are pretty rough on the net and that has held up as well. We love getting in with them and the 14’ size is perfect! ... show more

I have never been motivated enough to write an Amazon product review before. Well, that changed yesterday! Our trampoline arrived the same week we ordered it! I am so impressed that it was over a week early! That, in itself, tells me a lot about this company. We are so excited to set this baby up and will be doing so today. The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because it isn’t actually set up yet, and we don’t know if we will be totally in love with the product or not. I suspect strongly that we will! And I say we because this mom and dad are hoping to perfect front flips this summer and maybe attempt some backflips! We will have emergency services on speed dial…Ha! I’ll come back later and report on how it is after set-up and update with photos, too. UPDATE 3/20/21: The trampoline is all set up and we absolutely love it! It’s huge and it’s so much fun. We put LED lights up around the top of it and it is definitely going to be the head of the neighborhood! Half the neighborhood was here today helping us break it in! Also, one small piece was missing but my handy husband was able to improvise with something from his workshop. But Upper Bounce was great about getting the missing piece out to us and we’re expecting it next week so everything can be perfect. This is a very well-made trampoline.     • NOT DURABLE!
Purchased this item in November 2024 and by April 2025, 1/3 of the springs had snapped or the holes in the metal frame where the springs attached had been expanded such that the springs would no longer stay attached to the frame. The net enclosure had torn in several places and several of the net supports had bent. The user of this tramp was our 10-yr-old, 80-pound daughter (occasionally joined by a 60-pound younger friend). The spec's suggest a 250-pound weight limit, yet we never got close to having that kind of weight on this equipment. After four months of use, it was no longer useable, so we trashed it. We got this is a surprise for my son, who is always at the neighbors jumping on theirs. Our yard isn’t huge, so we opted for the 12 foot instead of the 15 foot. No regrets, this trampoline is pretty awesome. Negative negative would be the shipping, all of the parts came loose and we’re rolling around in the box. The box arrived damage, and the tape was loose and they were holes and stuff. After we finally gathered and found all of the little pieces, we were still missing a couple bolts and a screw. Still need to contact the company to get them to send me the replacements, but besides that, no complaints. Building this thing is a labor of love. All in all, we are probably out there putting it together about 4 to 5 hours... ... show more

Great trampoline but our box came damaged and missing a piece. Getting the attention of the company has not been easy (I’ve sent several emails) to replace a missing piece. I finally got a reply but they needed a photo of the damaged box and box code (who saves giant boxes for 2 months??). It does not come with ground stakes so add those to your cart so your trampoline doesn’t blow away (I know 2 people who had this happen). ... show more

Once assembled, the trampoline is great...very sturdy and safe, imho. The instructions are not the easiest to follow, so make certain that you read them all the way through first, and then again while assembling... if not, you might have to back-track on a few items.

Bought for kids after their previous trampoline (another brand) padding and netting wore out. Was cheaper to purchase a new one than replace. After a lot of reviews we purchased this brand (Moxie). Instructions: good not great Here is my problem: the springs are busting after 1 year. We had our other for 4 years without any structural problems. This one burst after a year.
