Had the trampoline up for maybe 5 minutes when my 9 year old was jumping on it and one of the sides completely collapsed. The frame is bent and cannot be salvaged. For such an expensive trampoline I would have assumed a better product. I have contacted the company for a replacement but there is NO way I am "returning" this! I want a brand new replacement or I will file a report for not only the damage to the trampoline but to my child for falling from a defective product! ... show more

The company did not send the trampoline in one box and by net in the other took 2 weeks for the whole thing to be delivered got the 1 st box 3 days after I ordered it .... BUT - I didn't receive proper parts to even build 1/2 the trampoline then put the net up later items were cross-boxed trampoline mat ,hoop and the net in one box ... The other parts the legs parts of the hardware including the springs in the second box that took almost 2 weeks to receive past the first delivery of the first box when they were shipped out together for a two-day airmail my opinion due to it not being boxed properly it was useless until the other parts showed up. Not happy with that part ( also difficult to assemble as we didn't know we needed the springs to actually put the hoop together wasn't even able to build parts of the trampoline without the other box) This is also my 3rd review / trying to review the item. We got this is a surprise for my son, who is always at the neighbors jumping on theirs. Our yard isn’t huge, so we opted for the 12 foot instead of the 15 foot. No regrets, this trampoline is pretty awesome. Negative negative would be the shipping, all of the parts came loose and we’re rolling around in the box. The box arrived damage, and the tape was loose and they were holes and stuff. After we finally gathered and found all of the little pieces, we were still missing a couple bolts and a screw. Still need to contact the company to get them to send me the replacements, but besides that, no complaints. Building this thing is a labor of love. All in all, we are probably out there putting it together about 4 to 5 hours... ... show more

    • Overall Great buy- not exactly easy to assemble
harder to assemle than you would think, definitely a four hour assemble with two people. Hardware included is cheap. I reccomend buying your own nuts and bolts, we did and it holds stronger. Also, the safety net is hard to figure out unless you know how to string it up. Instructions are not very detailed. To save time, with the safety net its every two holes you string through then, a spring eye hole. There are 80 spring holes to 120 net holes? Something like that. ... show more

Easy to assemble, but with 2 kids under 5 it took longer than if we had had no interruptions. We live in a VERY high wind zone so I took a previous reviewers advice and got steel (galvanized) replacement bolts to try to prevent issues with the brass bolts that it comes with. We have had a few wind storms and its still standing strong! We also opted to buy a set of ground anchors - highly recommend those for stability (ladder was addtl purchase as well). Overall we love this trampoline. I have 2 energetic kids who are pretty rough on the net and that has held up as well. We love getting in with them and the 14’ size is perfect! ... show more

    • Sturdy and well made trampoline.
We love this trampoline. The size and durability are perfect. This trampoline had the highest weight limit for most trampolines of the same size. Assembly was not fun but if you follow instructions, it is fairly easy. The safety net was another situation. It shows to loop through every spring but we had to undo it and start over when we realized it was not going on correctly that way. We ended up going through two and then skipping one and it went on perfectly that way. Tip: when attaching the springs, attach at each corner and continue in that pattern in order to ensure it doesn’t get too tight and pull the springs (which it will do if you go one by one in a clockwise pattern) We bought this for our 6 and 10 year old sons. They have had friends join them (3 or 4 kids on it max) and it seems extremely sturdy and durable. ... show more

Great trampoline but our box came damaged and missing a piece. Getting the attention of the company has not been easy (I’ve sent several emails) to replace a missing piece. I finally got a reply but they needed a photo of the damaged box and box code (who saves giant boxes for 2 months??). It does not come with ground stakes so add those to your cart so your trampoline doesn’t blow away (I know 2 people who had this happen). ... show more

I ordered this in April for my grandsons. I only saw this now, in July. One of the supports is bent and the whole thing leans. I’m sure my son in law didn’t want to get into tearing it down. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I don’t think they sell them anymore. I guess not. Get in early, sell junk, close shop. ... show more
