I really like this- but I'm a scent kind of girl. I like to use essential oils for sleeping, relaxing and sometimes getting up and going. This is proven to last for quite a while so far. I dont suffer from severe migraines, so I use this for headaches and stuffy noses. The scent is so strong it might bother someone with a severe migraine I'm not sure. So I tried this twice but I really don’t like the scent. It had a really odd herby smell that just isn’t my favorite. Maybe it’s the cardamom??
