    • Microphone cut out, ruined my video
I was very impressed with this product initially. It feels high-quality and everything worked right away. The light is brighter than I expected and the whole product is very versatile. However, after attempting to make one video (I’m a vlogger) upon playback there was mic feedback throughout the video, and finally the mic simply cut out and made the last 10 minutes of my 25 minute raw video unusable. Bottom line: Dont risk it with the mic. Like I said, the stand and light are good (I haven’t used the remote shutter yet) but if you plan on using the mic, don’t risk it. ... show more

I am impressed with the product! Comes with a nice hard case, well made, doesn't feel like normal cheap plastic and the light itself was better than I thought it would be. The only thing is I can't tell how much better the microphone is compared to my smartphones original mic.
