Honestly this case is exactly what I wanted it to be. A single-piece, durable / minimalist-ish / ready for anything kinda phone case. Features: has microfiber inside / gel absorbing / magsafe magnets / good buttons / no stupid flap covering the port(s) / etc. Style / design? yes, I really love all the designs. I had trouble picking one out, I went with the all black, but would have been happy with any of them honestly. This is the best looking case (for me and my design preferences) that I could find. Fitment? seems SUPER solid, not sure why people seemed to have any complaints. Every detail seems perfect. Durability? Haven't had it on for more than a day, but the materials and build quality seem fantastic. protection? seems great, the inside has good microfiber / rubber shock absorbing pads, soft outer ring. Face down / lens protection seem adequate (although I'd always want a little more of a "lip" on the camera side, however I know you can't do TOO much or it interferes with the camera viewing angle itself, so catch22..This seems honestly well-thought out. I even have a SPIGEN screen protector, and the face-down lip seems perfectly fine (enough) to do it's job. Grip? WAY better than other cases i tried (otterbox symmetry was WAY to slippery for me) Seems like a nice soft plastic/silicone grip, but feels NICE to the touch. Buttons? yeah they are a little "loose" but that's by design to give you a nice "clicking" feel, a little haptic feedback is actually nice. They produce a nice click. I don't see the huge issue here. I could go either way with it being more flush or as-is. Either is fine. Price? yeah it's overpriced. However, it's only a few more bucks than some other great-rated cases. And I really prefer the design / material / durability / performance than some other choices so it's worth it for me. Really, this phone case should be $40, I'd feel less bad about it at that point, but here I am. I'm a mechanical engineer so I really appreciate fine details, good material choices & performance. I’m prone to “analysis paralysis” and picking a case for a brand new iPhone 14 Pro is no exception. I held out for YEARS, rocking an iPhone 6S while I waited for the right time to upgrade. You can bet I wanted to protect my iPhone from day one. I had a hard time picking a case given the newness of the phone (hence lack of case reviews) and the already vast amount of options. So I chose an Apple silicone case the day I got the phone to at least have something on it. I planned to keep it, but then I held an iPhone with one of these Mous Limitless cases and it felt SO much more protective. The Apple case suddenly felt too unprotective, soft/slippery, and boy it was a lint magnet. What I like about the Limitless 5.0: - The protection-to-bulk ratio is perfectly at the sweet spot. There are thinner cases on the market, but none with the reputation of protection that the Limitless cases have. And thinner cases just aren’t all that much thinner, certainly not enough to make me switch to them and forego the protection. - Love the grip. In this iteration, they adjusted the texture on the sides and also added grip ribs. They feel great. The whole thing slides into a pocket easily (especially compared to Apple’s silicone case), while not being slippery when holding in my hand. It feels very secure in my hand. - Love the style. I got the carbon fiber looking one and it looks simple, matte, and just awesome. The fiber one does seem to show finger smudges a bit but it’s not super apparent. They clean off easily though with a slightly damp cloth. - MagSafe compatible. They achieved this while adding the microfiber on the inside and still keeping the case slim. - Speaking of MagSafe, they even tapered the frame around the camera block so that lower edge doesn’t interfere with MagSafe accessories. Very thoughtful. - Button designs in this iteration are nice and satisfyingly clicky. - Works great with glass protectors (both screen and camera) as there is enough clearance when the case is on so that the protectors don’t touch whatever surface on which you’re laying down the phone. One slight downside is that no glass camera protectors that I know of are tapered on the lower edge. This can sort of nullify the thoughtful design of the case’s tapered lower camera edge, as that edge of the glass might interfere with MagSafe accessories. It’s really the fault of the glass though, not the case. It would be nice if Mous would make a compatible glass camera protector though! Overall, fantastic case that feels awesome in your hand. If you want peace of mind and hate trying to find the right case, just find the design of Limitless 5.0 you like most and buy it, then begin enjoying your phone without worry. Promise this isn’t a paid review. I paid all $65 for it and have zero regrets. In the end, it’s only $15 more than Apple’s silicone case. Hope this review is helpful to others :) ... show more

I waited to buy this case until it went on sale, never having owned a Mous case before, and the price had kept me from giving it a try. Now that I've had it for a while, I can honestly say this is my favorite case I've had for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The ribs on the side are grippy and comfortable, the build quality is top-notch, and it looks both cool and upscale. The case is a little stiff when installing your phone, but after it's in I believe the phone is as well protected as it would be in a larger, bulkier case. I've had a few scary drops, even one onto concrete, and there is no damage to the phone (and actually, very little scarring on the case). Let me begin by saying I am PICKY with my phone cases. It's gotta be sturdy but not too thick, protective but slim, tactile buttons, strong magnets, easy access to the mute switch, AND won't break the bank. Those are a lot of requirements for a phone case, but Mous checked all the boxes with this one! Save for the fact that it's not SUPER grippy, the ridges on the sides are more than adequate for me to comfortably hold in my hand, while still maintaining pocketability (yup I made that word up). Magnets and buttons are obviously A1, kind of come to expect that from Mous. The carbon fiber finish is a little slick and a bit of a fingerprint magnet, but I can live with those. What really pushed me over the edge with this case was the attention to detail. The protective rim around the camera on the bottom was removed to allow for access for magsafe accessories. This was a great addition as I use many magsafe accessories everyday. I would recommend this case to anyone I know. I had a gift card so I didn't pay full price for it, but I would've if I didn't because of the overall quality of this case. ... show more
