Would not recommend for a 75” tv. Has a hard time keeping itself locked fully into its flat position. Wants to always tilt down. Anything less than a 75” tv would work great. Love how slim it is!

On the bright side, this is very low profile, sturdy enough, and quite cheap. But that's about where it ends. The big issues are: 1. This mount uses two, independent vertical rack mounts to attach to the VESA holes on the display. Because they are independent, as you tighten it's difficult to prevent them from moving and becoming slightly uneven or crooked with each other. There is no rotational adjustment at all, so if anything is off, there's no way to fix it but to remove everything and just hope it's better starting all over. What makes this worse is that the way the two halves of the rail are connected together causes each half of the rail to be at a slight angle (0.3°). 2. The mount is so low-profile that two things happen. First, it can develop a forward/backward tilt based on the texturing of the wall behind it. And second, the TV is incredibly frustrating to actually attach. I used this for a 55" TV and trying to hook it in had the top of the TV hitting the wall, I can't imagine this actually working for an 80" TV. 3. Installing really does need three people. Because it's so flush with the wall, they can't use the flip-down bar used on other models. Instead, while holding the TV and trying to hook it onto the rail, you have to pull DOWN on a string to disengage pin to allow the TV to slide into the bottom rail. On both sides. 4. The forward/backward tilt functionality is dreadful. At 0°, there's a plastic pin engaged with a clip. Getting this out is difficult; unless you have small arms to reach behind the TV and use your fingers to pry it apart, it's going to present a challenge. Once disengaged, the lowest angle downward becomes about 3°. It WILL NOT stay up any more than that. If you're unhappy with that, it's time to take down the TV again, clip that back in, and then remount it... Because as I said, that clip is difficult to get out and it's even harder to get back in. Modern TVs are too thin and there's no way that you can re-engage that plastic pin to return to 0° without damaging the TV. Spend the extra money and get a proper mount with at least rotational adjustment to mitigate (1). And I'd highly recommend just adding just another half-inch between the TV and the wall so you can get one that articulates outward for easy installation and a better bottom-rail lock. I've gotten 3 or 4 mounts from MOUNTUP before, from larger TVs to smaller monitors, and they all work great! They sell other variants with the adjustment recommended above, so definitely look at their catalog, but this specific product just made too many sacrifices to meet the price/form it was going for.

I installed this model: Flush TV Mount MU0063 for my 77" Samsung S90C and the tv vesa holes are at the lower portion of the back and the unit tilts by itself. It will not stay flat to the wall. Manufacturer says it fits most 37-80 inch LED,LCD OLED 4K TVs,up to 600x400mm VESA and 99lbs. I might have to replace it with a different bracket. I called the Mountup customer support in the afternoon and got a recording that said to call back later!

get help, mainly if your tv is big, it is a lot more difficult to place the TV in the support compared with a conventional one.

75 inch tv does not feel secure on the wall. The tilt of the mount is either none at all or the bottom of the tv is touch the wall. Tilted it puts a kink in the ethernet cord for my tv. Had to add additional anchors in the bracket for it to feel like it wouldn’t bend on the ends. I’ve purchased several TV mounts and found most are very similar. This one however is significantly worse than others that I’ve purchased.

I was very intimidated when faced with installing this TV mount, but once I opened up the instructions it felt like one of the easiest things I’ve done. If I ever need another TV mount, I will order this one again over and over! Our TV is very old and has mounting holes VERY far apart but the larger option worked great for us! It’s very easy to put together and adjust! The quality is unquestionably better than my more expensive TV Mount I had purchased for my other TV. I was nervous about it being wobbly like our other mount but it is very secure. The pull strings on the bottom make it easy to slide around on the main bar as well as make it easy to remove if you ever need to do so!
