To be fair we were at a festival with food trucks so we had real ice cream available. My grandson & I split the vanilla one. They're so crisp that pieces fall off. We haven't eaten the mint chocolate chip one yet. But I'm sure we will! I'm glad they make them & I'll buy then again. Out backpacking they'd surely be a dream. It tastes great, traditional texture and this was a great value. It's freeze dried ice cream so not sure of the quality but it seemed good!
