Easy to use, pretty tasty, except the chicken is disproportionally saltier than the pasta. You'd think the cheese flavor would be saltier. I guess in an emergency, this may be the only source of sodium, but need to drink lots of water afterwards.

Bought for my son to take on a Boy Scout canoe trip. After an animal had snuck and ate all his food from his bag this was the only item not touched. Taste is great, though a tad salty. There's two types of soy sauce and soy. Soy isn't the best choice of protein for males. I wish these meals didn't have soy.
