Wasn't sure what to expect with this order and I tell you, if you plan on ever needing to put a TV outside on a patio or deck temporarily for a function, this is GREAT. Assembly took under 10 minutes. The quality of tripod mount is great and very sturdy. Did a test run on it with a spare 65" LED SAMSUNG Smart TV w attached soundbar above the TV and not once did anyone worry about it tipping or falling over. I'd suggest having two people though for safety if you need to adjust locational placement outside. The swivel functional performs flawlessly and the slight tilt also works. This is going to be used for kids outdoor movie night very often over the summer. In terms of storage, this unit folds back in and is easily just layed up against the wall in a closet for next time usage. Best $65 investment in awhile. Way better than the planned projector route I was thinking about. Also, this product came w multiple screws and extensions.

Arrived and works as described. Relatively easy to assemble. Very sturdy. I store it in my garage and bring it out to watch TV on my deck. I have a TV in my house that unhooks from the wall mount in my home and easily hooks onto this stand. Two screws to hold it in place and I'm done. Works great. Happy with purchase.

This ended up being one of those (increasingly unusual) good-value-random-brand-on-Amazon finds. For the price (~$70) I wasn't sure this was going to work, but I'm very happy with it. It's stable and solidly built and does what it's supposed to do quite well. I may not be very smart but I was initially concerned with "slipping" of the poles down under the weight of the TV with just the tensioner screw handle things, but once I had it together it's evident that it's not going to move on its own- the legs would have to move in order for the bottom section to move, and there's a pin that holds the top section. It wasn't a great time mounting a 65" TV on it by myself, another person or two would be helpful, but the darn thing holds up a TV just fine.

The product is sturdy. Instructions were clear and setup was mostly painless. However, the VESA TV mounting plate cannot be rotated, making it a permanent "T" shape once assembled. This makes it bulky and impossible to fit into a bag. For this reason, I have deducted a star and will be looking for an alternative.

I found it confusing to assemble, the instructions were not clear and I would have loved a detailed video (because it actually was simple once I figured out how the monitor is supposed to hang)- HOWEVER, now that I figured it out, it is very good quality, and looks great. Taking the monitor on and off is super simple- which is just what I needed since I give presentations for a living and need easy set-ups. I will be recommending it to my collegues.

My husband bought this tripod to hold a flat screen TV as shown. He's in a band, and brings the screen and this lightweight tripod to displace interactive software that the audience access via a QR code. The stand holds the TV and confidently holds his TV. Works great! I have an old LG 43” LCD tv mounted on it and not worried about it falling. It’s easy to carry out in the yard or set up in garage and drop the tv on and watch games or movies - just run ext cord and be within reach of WiFi.
